@mariamorris - that's one of the requirements (form 1221) dahil nga nilagay nyo sya as "dependents but not migrating".. later, irerequire din sya kumuha ng medical exam..

unlike pag nilagay nyo sya as just your father, then hindi sya i rerequire ng lahat ng yan..

technically not included as a part of your visa application...

On the form about dates going to australia: just put "not known yet"

Thanks @lock_code! Nakakatuwa talaga tong forum na to, ang tiyaga nyong sumagot at tumulong. 🙂 I guess I have to walk my dad through filling out Form 1221. Nasa province kasi sya. Pwede naman manual na lang yung pag fill out nya? Ayoko na sya mastress pa. Hehe. BTW, how do I input my timeline here? Thanks!

@mariamorris - dati pwede nmn handwritten ang mga form 80 at 1221, tapos scan lang (we normally use blue ballpen para kita pag colored scan), then upload na ulit..

pwede mo naman siguro, fill-up ang details ng form (if you know the info)

then scan it or courier (put a note kung san mag sign si father),

then ask someone to scan & email or then send it back to you..

Timeline: click your username, then "signature settings"..

Ahhh! Will just send him the PDF file of the signature page, he can print that out and send me the scanned copy via email. He pretty much knows how to scan docs and send emails naman. ;p Galing @lock_code! Thanks! 🙂

@lock_code2004 hahahaha best in reading talaga ako kahit nung elementary! 🙂) anyway, i have started to fill out form 1221 for all applicants. i will just be pasting their electronic signatures. is this acceptable? thanks! 🙂

BTW, for my father, who is listed my dependent but will not be traveling with me, what should i put under "visa applied to Australia as" and "general purpose of journey/further stay"? Thanks!

oo nga ano.. walang option for non migrating dependents..

let's wait others, baka may input sila...

Hello po, on the online application did you include your middle name while filling up given names or hindi na? kasi sa passport natin mai middle na nakalagai dun d ba?

kasi ung sa ielts results ko, ung nilagay na given names ai kasali pati ung middle name.

pls englighten me..hehe 🙂

bdw ung sa ielts results mo sinali ba nila ung middle name mo sa given name mo sa paper result.

Sir, nag a upload po ako ng documents sa e-visa. May concern lang ako sa detailed duties and responsibilities sa current job ko. Na submit ko na kasi dun sa Vetassess yung original, hindi ko naman na-scan tapos di na ako makahingi ulit sa boss ko dahil di nya alam na nag a apply ako ng migration. Kailangan pa din po ba mag upload ulit ng duties at responsibilities or gumawa ulit ng Stat Declaration kahit na meron nang positive skills assessment at Points test advice? Salamat po!

Hi guys,

May idea po kayo if kelan ina-update ng Dept of Immigration ng Australia ung system po nila? Kasi po, upon checking ung status ng visa application Ko, error po siya for the reason that Hindi daw nag-match ung TRN with the applicant details.

Ang nag-file po kasi was ung HR ng company na mag-sponsor sakin, and binigay nya sakin ung TRN. Worried lang po Baka nagkamali siya ng input sa mga details Ko. 457 visa po pala ung ina-apply po sakin.

I am assuming na one of the reasons sa error is Hindi pa na add sa database o system.

unfortunately, DIAC will still require you the same documents you provided to VETASSESS..

merong statement sa DIAC website saying that the CO has the last decision on awarding points..

they will use the assessment /points test advice as one of their bases for confirming the EOI points.. but they will also their own verifications..
