Hello po mga sir at maam. EE din po ako🙂 yung experience ko nga lang e sa power plant operation. Gusto ko po sana magtrabah sa australia. Patulong naman po. 🙂

Hello parekoy, ang struggle d2 sa Australia ay pano makahanap Ng trabaho. Kung gusto mo mag migrate d2 ay may Ibat Ibang paraan. Go to border.gov.au, check mo Kung qualified Ka. Tapos Kung qualified Ka then ayusin mo yung documents at eventually you will end up having a visa. Lakasan Lang Ng loob ang pagpunta d2. Gamitin mo yung experience mo para makapunta d2 Pero pagnandito kana ay maguumpisa Ka sa zero, I big sabihin imagine yourself Nung bagong graduate Ka Lang at maguumpisa . Yan muna advice Ko.

Sa mga EEs na gustong magpunta d2 sa Australia at makahanap Ng work, are you coming here base on your experience, ability or are you waiting for assurance to be sure that work is easy to find?

@snooky for me, I have to rely on my skills and work experience. Wala po kasi kami relatives sa OZ.. Work would not be easy to find as what I have read from other threads, although may mga swerte n nkakauha agad work prior to landingin OZ.

@engrllagas good on you mate as they would say locally, iba iba ang experience natin at swerte sa paghahanap ng trabaho d2. Share share nlang tayo ng experience. Ako, i had to work contractual, casual and bago lang ako napermanent but hindi parin ako kampante kasi dami nagsasara company ngayon d2. Kahit papano ay nakakasurvive naman, ang attitude ko lang nman ay learn everyday to gain experience. Panlaban kung sakali magkatangalan o kung sakaling may ibang mas magandang aplayan. d2 naman kasi may laban ka sa aplayan hanggat healthy ka at age doesnt matter kung kaya mo ang trabaho. I encourage my fellow EE's to share their experience also. God Bless to all.

@snooky as of now mgrereview ako for PMP certification pandagdag qualification.. sana lng mkpasa exam. anong field po kau ng EE? sa distribution utility field ako. anong magandang certification po kaya pd itake na related sa industry ko?

@engrllagas sa Maintenance and service ang experience eversince pero d2 sa OZ, electrical Fitter at L grade plang ako at naghahanap Ng contractor para maka experience Ng domestic at commercial wiring installation. General electrician ang pagpasok Ko d2 at Hindi engineer. Now since Sa distribution Ka , try mo Kung makakakuha Ka Ng high voltage certificate. Search mo nlang kung ano yung certificate so you can work on high voltage facilities or installation.

ask ko lang po, sino ba dito electrical engineering draftsperson nominated occupation, ilang points ba na-award sa education, bachelor's 15 pts, or diploma 10 pts?

Hello po mga kabayan. Gusto ko po magapply para sa visa 189.

Nagsisimula palang po ako magbasa basa kung pano po yung flow ng application at marami po ako tanong.

Una po. Yung 60 points san po makakalap yung points. Ang alam ko po may age bracket at yung sa ielts my corresponding points. Ano pa pong paraan para makaabot sa 60 points?

Electrical engineer po ako 6 yrs exp construction industry po..

Hello po,

Mga ka-EE at ka-Forums, naka-pagdraft na po kasi ako nang Career Episodes... subject na lang po for revisions. I had been in the same field/industry for 8 years. Problem is, almost similar yung narrations/wordings ko sa tatlong career episodes ko from 3 different companies. I'm already using other word terms para wag lang mag mukhang copy-paste lang.. hehe.. But I'm pretty sure that I composed every content of my Career episodes.

TIngin nyo po. How would this affect the assessment of EA? anu opinions/take on this po?

@danspark . bro check mo online yung mga criterias.

Pero here is how I see on how you will obtain 60pts.

Age: 30 pts (I think you are between 25 to 32 yrs old)

Education: 15 pts (University Grad)

Ielts: 10 pts (7.0 in all Bands)

Work Exp. : 10pts (6yrs work exp. mo)

So that's 65 points. Sa 4 Areas na iyan lang po tayo makakuha points.

So need to work on the 2 areas nalang; IELTS and Work Exp.(CDR).

@vencel2017 in my case, sa distribution utility naman ako since I started as an EE.. so far 13 years and counting.. What I did was to pick up 3 projects which highlights core skills as per EA description for Prof Engr. First episodes relates to Proj. Mgmt. 2. Detailed Design 3. Conceptual design study. What is important is to highlight skills inline sa definition ng EA for Prof Engr.

Question lang po sa mga nasa OZ na; may bearing po ba yung PEE license sa OZ in terms of applying for work or if mgpachartered status? How about po yung ASEAN or APEC Engineer status? Salamat po.

@chehrd Diploma po yan, 10 pts. Kalapit kasi tayo ng anzsco, kaya I took vetasses para sa qualification, naging degree naman, 15 pts

Just a question regarding EOI.

My last employment was 2 years ago and i havent worked as an EE for 2 years now because I got pregnant and took care of my baby. Will this be an issue for my EOI or for EA assessment? Kailangan po ba recently employed as an engineer? Thank you in advance for your replies. XD
