@se29m wow, isa ka sa mga maswerte kung ganun. Nakalagay kasi sa EA Booklet na mag provide proof of registration. anyway sa kaso mo no choice ka talaga.

Well if kaya naman ibigay bakit hindi. if later on hiningi problema din at ma dedelay lang ang application ni @alod.

Problema kasi sa renewal nang mga ECE is kailangan mgpa renew muna sa IECEP.

Tapos tong IECEP, may points system, parang yung tinatawag na CPD. Kailangn umattend ng mga seminars. Eh dito ako SG so wala ako nun. Meron ako PRC ID pero expire nung 2013 pa. 2010 ko huling na renew yun tapos 2011 dito nako sa SG. So parang gawin ko nalang is attach yung score sheet tska yung expired na PRC ID. maiintindihan nmn cguro nung EA na hindi na narenew kasi di nmn din kailangn dito sa SG yung license.

I provided EA a scanned copy of my expired PRC license, and PRC exam results. I didn't have any issues.

sa mga may work na as electrician or any trades pahinge naman kopya ng cv nyo.

kumusta mga kapwa ko EE. just arrived in Perth on July 4 under subclass 189. its good na may ganitong forum para sa mga tulad natin na nagbabalak magsimula sa aussie. galing ako sa Singapore at nandun pa din ang family ko and hopefully before the end of the year makatagpo ng starting point dito sa OZ. Senior Field Service Engineer ang huli kong trabaho sa SG specialised in Oil and Gas Drillingcontrol systems.

nakita ko sa mga ads ang mga ibat ibang license na hinahanap nila kaya medyo confuse ako. kailangan ba nating kumuha ng mga course na ito to be qualified to work here.puede naman daw mabawasan ang duration ng course kung may RPL.

anyway, balak kong mag stay for one month dito sa Perth dahil dito nga naka base ang oil and gas and heavy industries. floating status ako and willing to work in any states.

any advise mga kabaro?

@Megger kakauwi ko lang sa Pinas last month. Sa NSW kami pero while I was there I wasnt really looking for a job so I really cannot answer your question regarding manufacturing, maintenance and services. As I've seen, dami road works dun sa ngayon and rennovation and construction sa Sydney Trains. May kapit-bahay kami na sa Sydney Trains nagwowork, ok talaga ang salary! 🙂

@Megger Kakauwi ko pa lang po dito sa Pinas last month. Ngayon ko pa lang po tinitignan ang Work Visas kasi po dapat partner visa ang aapplyan namin kaso po ang mahal at ang tagal. Sa NSW po kami sa sydney, Mahirap maghanap ng work kahit po anong field. We have a neighbor working as an engineer for Sydney Trains and he said that most of the times it's the connection that gets you the job. It's very competitive environment for engineers. As for him he needed extra masters and other studies to "go up the ladder". Pero laki po ng sweldo once nakakuha ka na ng engineering job. 🙂 Sorry po hindi ko yata nasagot yung tanong nyo, hehe. Goodluck na lang po sa job hunting.

Ano ba mga licenses na kailangan para maka work as electrical practitioner sa NSW, or Oz in general? Thanks.

@Megger kung Engineer, estimator or drafting jobs di kailangan ng license. pero electrician kailangan ng license. kailangan mo rin mag apprentice muna 3yrs ata if im not mistaken as a requirement for electrician license. depende rin sa state kung ano ano mga requirements.
