Base on the outcome letter you provided , binigyan ka nila ng another path you can thread base on the current evidences you provided to them . In their phone conversation they also confirmed that your nominated occupation has a minor engagement in your current role as an Project/Architectural coordinator. It is disappointing at this point when they have taken so much time to give their decision apparently they had given you another pathway to consider applying.
If you are open to explore getting assessed as the former mentioned by VETASSESS,try to look for more info regarding the alternative pathway- it's demand and any chances for this occupation moving forward.
If you plan to re-appeal are there any evidences you have not provided that can overturn the decision? If there is- then consider lodging an appeal with the help of a migration agent as mentioned by fellow members here. I am seconding @casssie advice
