Both are same regional visas , it just boils down to processing timelines 491 SNR is by far faster than 491 family sponsored visas -which are also very limited in numbers thus difficult to obtain

Yes ,as long as you are eligible you can submit an EOI , also preferable to send separate EOIs for each state that you're eligible.

Also apply for 189 and 190 as well if you're eligible

It depends on your occupation as well. Not all occupations that are eligible for State nominated 491 are eligible for Family nominated 491.

Hi po question pede ko po i apply sa visa ko 491 subsequent si GF? nung nag apply ako ng 491 single nkalagay pero nakalagay na may GF sa application bago ako maapprove 491 visa. pde ba un or family member lang?

d ko sya nilagay na de facto. basta nilagay ko po GF dun sa form pero nkaclaim padin ako points for single.

Based on my understanding, 491 SE is for members of a family unit. I don't think counted until you get married (but not until you enter AU).

thanks sa sagot po. bale andito na po ako sa AU. bale pag tourist visit sya d2 sa AU then pde d2 na lang mag kasal then apply ng SE?

Need po ba nasa occupation list po ng eligible for 491 ung partner ko para magka 10 points ako. Or basta po may positive assessment lang sya from vetassess. Possible occupation is General Secretary. Pero wala po sa 491 visa

Kailangan eligible din for 491 yung occupation

Hi! On 491 visa, pero may tanong po ako regarding sa annual salary na dapat mameet. Is it combined po ba na 53,900aud annual salary (my husband and I) or ung annual salary na to is pertaining to one individual only? What if hindi mameet ung 53900aud na annual salary ng isang individual?

Walang minimum. As long as you have 3 tax assessments, you can apply for 191.

Inalis na nila yang salary reqt. I was from 491 Family, applied 191 last Oct. Granted without issues
