The closest thing you have for an IC dito is your medicare card; even that is not really an IC by definition as it is not a photo card. Drivers license dinadala ko always as it is proof of my identity and kasama picture ko.
Apart from that, wala na ibang cards dito na parang IC sa Singapore....
