Just now lang jud, hahah..nagkuha jud ko manager's check from BDO kay ingon to ang babae sa frontdesk last week mao ra daw ilang dawaton. Wla jud diay receipt noh? Hmmm

Hi friends,

Sa mga nka try na magpa remark, how can we monitor or keep track about the progress? Sinabi lang kasi saken 6-8 weeks daw at mag email lang sila. How do we know hindi tayo dinadaya ng IDP? I mean, I have read comments before from others na pinagpeperahan lang daw ng IDP ang mga tao by intentionally marking grades lower 🙁 baka naman itong EOR hindi talaga isubmit sa Aus office at sasabihan lang na "there's no change sa grade" kahit wala naman remarking nangyari 🙁

@LiLee404 no other way but to wait for them to contact you. From my experience, I got my remarking results after 2 weeks. Unfortunately, my score did not change.

@silverblacksoldier - sorry to hear that 🙁 panget naman nitong IELTS na walang transparency, kahit ano2x ng ideas pumapasok sa isip natin kapag hindi nakukuha ang desired results - hahahay..preparing myself for disappointment pero here's hoping.

Meron pa po ba dito may positive results sa EOR nila? 🙂

2weeks na ako naghihintay @LiLee404 ... update kita it's either positive or negative ang results ko... just pray lang..

@wahidkarlo 2nd take ko na kasi yung pina remark ko eh. .5 na lang kulang sa writing. Eh feeling ko di ko na maiimprove, so I tried PTE-A. Based from my experience, mas madali makakuha ng mataas na scores sa PTE-A. You can try that too depende sa results ng re-marking nyo. Pero sana di nyo na kailangan 🙂

@silverblacksoldier di kasi tinatanggap ang PTE dito sa NZ... OET lang at ielts then ayan ko na din magstudy pa ng OET kasi sa writing lang naman ako nahirapan... hintay na naman ako... ika2 weeks ko na ngayon... ilang araw before lumabas ang result sayo?

@wahidkarlo ah ok. Yung re-marking results, 2 weeks after nakatanggap na ako email. Pero personal mo dapat kuhanin yung results.

yung IELTS TRF ba tinutukoy mo na personal kunin? Kasi sa pag intindi ko, i-mail yan via courier kaya may extra charge na 240 on top sa 5,500

@LiLee404 yup. Ah tama naman ata. Yung metro manila applicants dapat kunin personal. Otherwise, pwede ipa courier.

Ahhh..oo nga noh, nakita ko na ngayon lang sa website nila. I don't like being pessimistic pero skeptical talaga ako kapag walang transparency. Di tulad ng WES na pwede i-track yung progress. Kahit ano2x nalang pumapasok sa isip ko kasi may nabasa ako (dunno how true) na may kilala silang examiner and hindi daw talaga pinapadala yung results sa main branch sa AUS.

It makes sense rin diba? Kasi bad for the business or it would reflect badly on the testing center kapag marami nagpapa-remark or even if there's one person asking for EOR. If that was the case, sana yung applicant nalang sana pwede magpadala ng results sa AUS para sure 🙁

(sigh..pwede kaya ito i-suggest somewhere? haha)

@LiLee404 dami naman positive results akong nabasa sa mga blogs... sana isa tayo sa mga dun... everyday talaga struggle ko sa kahihintay ng results..

Nagpa remark ako IDP for my writing hoping to get 7 from 6.5, unfortunately hindi positive results. Got the results after 7 weeks. It's not true to all na mag Up yung score, so think lang kung sa tingin mo deserving talaga yung test mo. My friend also had the same experience, ahead lang siya sa akin ng a month.

Sa akin kase, hindi talaga maganda handwriting ko, maybe that was partly the reason other than hindi siguro ganun ka ganda yung essay ko, but I was confident though. So I'm planning to explore PTE, kaso mas mahal kase sa Manila lang...

@onin111 Based from experience, PTE is way easier than IELTS. If your minimum score is 6.5 and you feel like you deserve a 7, then if you take PTE you have a strong chance to get a "superior" (+20 EOI pts) rating. My advice to all struggling with to a 7 in IELTS is to take the PTE.

P.S. I had taken IELTS once every year since 2015 and the best that I have achieved with a month of preparation was L8/R8.5/S7/W6.5.
