Ask ko lang sana kung ano chance na magjump sa 7.0 ang score if 6.0 ang band score sa writing?

sana swertehin tayo parehas. yung saken naman .5 yung writing na kulang ko to raise to 7.0

yung scores natin identical hindi nagkakalayo magkakaiba lang bands assigned to the numbers HOHO

oo nga goodluck sayo sir pero mas ideal ang result mo for remarking kasi 0.5 lang kailangan mo. surprised lng aq sa writing ko to think fair grade naman nakuha ko sa speaking, only that written lang yung words. sana nga magdilang anghel ka and swertehin tyo sa remarking 🙂

oo nga sana swertehin tayo papi, di pa din ako kampante pero siyempre mas maigi pa din ipagdasal natin palagi para din to sa mga future natin at saka yung aabutan natin dun..: )

ingat ka sir kelan pala lalabas resulta sayo?ipost natin dito mga experiences natin good or bad.

hello sad to say hindi siya successful sayang d rin ako umabot for august occupation list para sa ACT so maghihintay ako september for WA and again kung wala intay lang nang intay...: (

para saken ang take ko dito kahit confident ka pero hindi mo talaga mameet yung criteria malabo e, kahit feeling mo tama hindi worth it ang advise ko siguro para sa iba iretake yung exam kasi mas malaki possibilities na makapasa

Hi everyone anyone here who had remarking for writing and speaking. The scores are L 7.5 R 8.5 W 6.5 and Speaking 6.5 = 7.5. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

kung writing and/or speaking and .5 lang ang difference try mo lang. I got 6.5 sa writing and nagparemark ako naging 7 naman but depends if you are willing to take chance kasi you need to pay for the remarking, pag nag-increase soli bayad pag hindi nag-increase pts mo eh goodbye bayad...

same lang ng comment ko taas kapatid...my friend ako sa writing 6.5 naging 7 and ung isa sa speaking naman eh 6.5 naging 7 din. I guess depende kung gano ka ka-confident sa sinulat mo o sa mga sagot mo sa speaking...not sure lang kasi 2 ung 6.5 mo.

whatever is your decision, praying it would a positive result kung negative naman eh dont dwell on it too much, learn from it and move on...

this i agree pero i think yung para sa dalawang 6.5 it is safe to assume na malabo, pero yung 6.5 na isa lang ang problem well ako nagtake ako chances pero hindi naging success, yung difference nang pricing sa remarking at retaking is almost the same mas mahaba pa maghintay sa remarking rather than retaking which is 2 weeks so suggestion lang in the end the decision is yours to make, retake the exam may possibility na mas tumaas pa scores mo at magaral at the same time may matutunang bagong skill

less hassle sa pag remark pero mas stressful ang paghihintay at yung burden nang paranoia andun, kasi tulad ko lagi ako nagdedwell sa unknown in the end personality wise nagiging repetitive ako sa prayers ko to the point na dinadrive ka nito 1/4 insane haha anyway ill retake the exam, my take is do not keep your eyes off the prize sugod lang mga sir at mam.

Thanks po sa advice, @jeorems and @thegreatiam15. I will think about it. Hindi ko pa naman nasisimulan ang assessment stage. Ang iniisip ko kasi, baka naman maibigay ang 0.5 ko at therefore maisoli ang almost 300 sgd na re-marking fee :p hirap talaga. I wasn't expecting a low grade in writing. Oh well..

kng paparemark mo ang speaking and writing, d naman sure if ung dalawa tataas pero kahit isa lang ang tumaas balik nila ung bayad 🙂

parehas tayo re sa 6.5 sa writing, di ko rin expected na makakakuha ako ng 6.5 so naging complacent at di gano nag review then narealize ko lang nung makita ko ung score na merong pattern na hinahanap sa letter pati ata indention ng paragraph (sabi ng friend ko na nag take ng ielts before). I have this habit na maglagay ng indention sa first line ng every paragraph which my friend inform me sa ielts tips course eh try to avoid daw...and try to write ung required na number of words daw.

@emily_strange goodluck po sa inyo, well ako din e, hindi rin ako masyado nagexpect kasi akala ko swabe na yung exam ko tapos pagbabasehan nila mga previous records kung ok or hinde pero sad to say i didn't make it sa remarking, so probably ill take the exam pero ill do better this time.

i guess nasa sa akin din kung papaano iincrease grades ko, i did it with my reading points, before hindi siya gumagalaw after 2 takes 6.0 lang after 3rd take nag discipline ako sa reading tapos kaunting writing 3rd take ko naging 8.0 yung reading tapos 6.5 writing

not bad for a half baked writing, though malungkot una naiwanan ako nang barko sa ACT sunod money wise, medyo undeserving sa part ko kasi hard earned yun. so this time sana hindi na sumablay

pero i do hope you will get the nod for your remarking and i would be happy for you, atleast most of us here have the same mind set. "not to give up" heheh
