IDP Remarking Experience

@ayo pwede magparemark only within 6 weeks na lumabas yung result. In your case, di na pwede. Good luck.

Nagpa-remark po ako today sa IDP Makati, the waiting game begins 6-8 weeks daw po, tawag tawag lang after 6 weeks to check kung may result na. Nag-retake din ako last Feb 10 as back-up. IELTS na lang talaga kulang, hay Lord, need po ng divine intervention nyo. Thy will be done.

so I got my result for my remarking result last Feb 12. About two months (8 weeks) when I applied for it, Dec 12.

My writing did not change. Still 6.5.

Fortunately, I requested the speaking part to be remarked as well though I already have 7 on my original result. The score changed from 7 to 7.5.

So basically, my results for my 2nd take is still useless however I got my PHP 7k back due to the change in score for the speaking part 🙂

So I believe I saw this advice here where even if you only need to have a certain part remarked (speaking or writing), include the other one as it is allowed to have more than one part remarked.

So there you go, there may be a silver lining in every experience 🙂

bossing para saken hinde : ) nagparemark ako dati kasi nagmamadali ako hinde umubra mas ok na ire - sit mo nalang yung exam mas mabilis pa yung resulta at the same time medyo mainit init pa yung english mo, pero kung tingin mo confident ka dun sa ipaparemark mo

i say go for both : ) re - sit at re - mark kung may extra budget ka sir

depende sa comfort level mo, how well u did sa test. pero mas advisable pa din tlaga mag retake. kasi sa remarking di nmn ineexplain kung bakit indi ka naremark e. so in the event na d ka naremark sayang lang waiting time mo and pera.

Hello, after 6 weeks and 3 days of waiting, i finally received my remarking results from IDP Makati: positive, my writing score changed from 6.5 to 7 😃

Hello... I just took my exam last December 12 and got the score of

Listening - 8; Reading - 7; Speaking - 7; Writing - 6.5

Feel ko nga dapat mataas writing ko after I took the exam. Sa tingin niyo ba na di dadayain ng IDP kung mag paparescore ako?

@christopher_choa1 - di nandadaya ang IDP, remarkings are done in Australia and not locally. Maayos ang standards nila, may basis if maging successful or not ang remarking mo.

Don't give up. Took me 4 tries to get all 7 bands in IELTS.

Mas ok daw ang PTE.
