Di ako familiar sa AFP check sa aus. Baka meron dito makapag guide.
For NBI Clearance, kelangan mo umuwi ng pinas to apply for it. Then pag released na, pwede mo naman ipasuyo sa relatives/friends mo to scan it from pinas then later on mail to your address in aus.
Yung sakin nag apply ako sa pinas personally, then since may HIT (since college pa) and matagal marelease yun (around 2weeks), nag authorization letter nalang ako so my sister claimed it on my behalf.
Edit:I remember sa embassy pwede magfinger printing for NBI eh. Maybe call embassy or puntahan mo sila to be sure kesa umuwi pa.
