Hello po, just have a question about documents.
My mother po kasi has wrong name sa birth certificate ko po, I’m already asking her po to notary an affidavit/ acknowledgment of dual identity.
The problem is yung name niya po is may isang mali lang po na letter sa first name niya po sa birth certificate ko po like:
From: LETO
Naging: LITO
Since di naman po sya kasama po sa application ko po (di po sya nag aapply ng visa, ako lang po), could this be a ground po for refusal?
Also, should I front load na po itong notary about name difference po? Or should I wait po for an S56?

Need help po sa makakasagot. I tried looking for other with same experience here in the forum, kaso di ko makita yung right na subforum. May nakita ako sa net, na ganyan po yung ginawa, nagpagawa po sila ng affidavit for dual identity po.
