Hi ask ko lang po if di naman masama if I let my first invitation expires?

Ive got 489 sponsorship invitation and unfortunately di ko mabuo ang 275k 🙁 for family of 3.

If I let this expire and apply again in the future, wala po ba ito magiging bearing sa decision nila?

Please enlighten me. thanks!

I dont know the Visa class and totally dont have an idea ... pero

Why dont you email them back or call them and tell them your current situation .. sayang naman baka pwede mong ituloy or give you something like a palugit

para sa akin lang ... it wont hurt if you ask them

just to give you an idea yung ka-batch naming pumunta dito e nag ka problem sa IELTS nila ... i think take ( 3 or 2) yung IELTs nya para lang ma satisfy yung requirements nya ... at alam ko yung CO nya e binigyan sya ng extension just to submit this

@raiden14 - sa tingin ko, wala naman siguro magiging bearing yan sa magiging decision if ever you lodge your visa application the next time you get invited. Kailan ba mag e-expire ang 489 invitation mo?

I hope you could lodge it, sayang naman ang invite.

ang dapat mong i consider, yung mga changes sa SS occupation list..

posibleng mapuno ang slots or maalis ang occupation...

so pagisipan mong mabuti.. goodluck..

tama si @lock_code2004 , hindi natin alam kung ano ang mga magiging changes sa future. Just this year alone, ang daming naging changes. Like yung sa ACS deeming date, pro-rata basis sa invitation at pagsuspend ng ilang occupation sa mga state for state nomination.

i agree with them @raiden14 pahirapan na ngayon ang ma invite come to think ilang buwan n lng mag july 2014 na naman. Time for possible changes sa immigration ng AU. We never know baka wala na sa list ang occupation na meron tayo.

Try to send your situation in writing usually magbibigay naman sila ng alternatives or extension sa deadline as long as you are doing something and always keep them inform.

@raiden14... Try to contact the sponsoring state. In my case, ito ang sagot ng South Australia-"In response to your e-mail, due to the reason you have given, your nomination is a once off only and if you choose not to continue with your previous approval, you may not re-apply for another State Nomination"..nakadetalye naman sa website ng state ang reasons for refusal. Prerogative kasi ng state kung approved nila uli the same sponsorship--baka sabihin nila waste of time lang kasi di mo pinansin ang first invitation but we never know, ang sponsoring state lang ang may authority to give you the correct advise..the best way is to email them as what i did..GOODLUCK

My invite will expire on January 4, pano kaya ito nagparemark kasi ako ng IELTS, so posibleng tumaas ang points ko before Jan makukuha ko result. 🙁 so sayang din pala yun.

@fgs ano po reason nyo same ba saken?

Kasi iniisip ko po kung di ko maabot yung deadline. hintayin ko na lang na madagdagan points ko for exp to get a possible 190 nomination eh. :Habang nag iipon na rin.

Ibenta mo na lang yung mga kalabaw mo hehehe ... pag mimigrate po e para ka na ring nag iinvest .... pero i definitely would say is all worth it 😃

@raiden14 - sana nga umabot ka kasi sayang yung invite. If hindi umabot, just pray na wala maging changes sa immigration.

@raiden14 im trying kasi to change my visa to 190 pero may approved na akong 489 sponsorship..since SA lang pwede mag sponsor sa akin kahit pwede na sana ako apply ng 190 wala ako choice but to continue with the 489..iba iba naman case natin..actually unless di ka nagapply sa DIAc pwede ka pa apply for another sponsorship..ang sponsoring state pa rin kasi may final say..so i suggest give them a call or send an email

bkt daw po hindi na pwede mag re-apply kung valid naman na qualified kayo for visa 190 (given na may 489 approved SS na kayo)?

Ang magiging option ko po ay another state., kase closed na din ang sysad for SA if di ako umabot. I will go for NSW sponsorship instead. Baka next year pa talaga ako magkapera 🙁 Siguro naman po kahit mag expire ang SA SS ko pwede ako mag apply sa ibang state?

I suggest you give them a ring .. explain your situation ... i am sure hey can help

@JCSantos - sir, im selling my "kalabaw" hopefully sa Monday may sagot na ako. If I would be able to sell it makakaabot ako sa deadline. Praying hard.
