Hello po

Just needed po for suggestion.

I am 29 yrs old and been here in Australia for 9 years

Magaaply po sana kami nang 482 visa kaso tinanggal po sa list recently ung aaplayan namin nung agent ko.

Naka 485 post graduate visa po ako ngaun galing po sa student visa.

Advanced Diploma of Telecommunications Network Engineering lang po natapos ko with 2 1/2 years work experience without experience back in the PH.

Please any help is appreciated po.

Sorry po for extended information. We are looking for any suggestion to stay here in Australia longer as my Visa will be finished on November 2024

You need to atleast seek an employment that can sponsor you for a 186 TRT if eligible ka na or be invited in the state nominations are what i can think of

Gusto po kac ako isponsor ng Company ko kaso 2 1/2 years lang experience ko mag 3 years po ako sa Nov 1 week before my Visa Expires eh kelangan pa po mag passess sa skills and sabi nila 3 months daw po ung assessment. Nasa Regional branch po ako ngaun nagwowork, pero ung main office nasa Sydney

Kaya yan , basta may support pala ni employer will be a breeze ,just ask them in advance ano pwede nyo gawin concurrently just do the best that you can on your part. Then samahan ng prayers pa at apply din sa GSM visas , may EOIs ka na ?

Nasa ICT ka, so ACS yung assessing body mo. With recent posts here, mukang mabilis na rin ang turnaround time nila given their reformed assessment system. Lodge your skills assessment as soon as possible, para makahabol ka sa current visa expiry mo. More than 4mos pa naman before Nov.

Also, 2yrs prior relevant experience lang ang requirement ng 482 so pasok na pasok ka na, tingin ko.

It's incredible that you have an employer willing to sponsor your visa. That seems very rare these days. Also, you mentioned you have an agent to guide you, they should know better regarding the process. 🙂

@Ozdrims wala pa po kac ako idea about EOI and GSM so I can't say that I have any of that pero base po dun sa 482 by @_sebodemacho ung iaapply po sana sa akin ang kelangan daw po ay 3 years experience kea naghahanap po kami nang way makapag extend kahit 1 year lang.

@raysayas Sabi ba ng agent mo 3yrs daw yung required? Hmm, yung screenshot na pinost ko saying that 2yrs prior experience lang ang need mo for 482 Medium Stream, that's from the DHA website. Not sure maybe your agent knows something else that is not available to the public.

Perhaps, you can clarify that with them, first.

Sa changes na meron ngayon , your pathway forward is to look for PR pathways na, as 485 extension is wala na sa equation tama po ba?

The skills occupation list was revised ? base sa sinabi mo tama po ba? so if 482 visa is not feasible .

What about applying another student visa before the July 1 deadline? Wait for the decision which will likely be rejected. Then apply to AAT to buy time.

While the appeal is with AAT apply the training visa (407) with your employer

Then while in 407 work out your Skills In Demand Visa which will be available by the end of the year and concurrently lodge your GSM EOIs .

Hi. Ano specifically yung tinanggal sa list na aapplyan nyo dapat under 482?

For me kasi, pwede ka naman sa 482 given DHA's eligibility criteria. Sayang eh.

If I may ask na din, sa 9 years niyo po sa Australia, extend extend visa ginawa niyo ganon?
