TBH kabayan, i would suggest you get a migration agent/lawyer if you don't have time to sort this kinds of things out (research/DIY)... it is good to ask in a forum, but all of the comments will just be hearsay and opinions, you need to ask for professional help so somebody can point you to the right direction.
