i would keep the EOI's open, as of the moment, current timeline for Visa 186:
need mo din read yung "fine print" ng contract mo, just-in-case you get invited on the EOI's, baka you may need to pay your employer a fee if you move away from the employer sponsorship lalo na pag naumpisahan na nila yung process for it, which in my experience is a bit stressful (i helped in every part of the application kasi)
at the end of the day, mas okay for me yung Visa's na free ka to move around, unlike visa 186 na you will be tied-up (depends on contract) to your employer for the next 2 years or so... (this was during my time, not sure ano na ang legalities nowadays around this moral obligation to stay)
