Around April po sana next year. Kaso yan po dilemma ko since nasa engineering VA setup po ako ngayon. Wala pong employment records unlike sa corpo

As per our migration agent for state nomination isa sa mga nicoconsider nila is yung may skilled partner . Plus yung max na work experience katulad ng mga nabanggit nila dito. Pero syempre depende pa din yun talga sa state eh. Baka kaya di ka naiinvite sa 190 is dahil maiinvite ka for 189 🙂

Nagtaka nga rin ako bakit ako nainvite sa 190 kasi ang inexpect ko talaga is 491. Pero baka may mga preferences sila like sa work experience. Kasi feeling ko jan lang ako lumamang eh max na yung work exp ko. At walang skills ang partner ko.

May malaking pagbabago na sa selection criteria ni NSW

may mga nahahagip kahit mababa yung points ,hindi to yung pinakabasehan nila sa tingin ko pero may malaking factor at least lalo na pag competitive tlg yung occupation
Sumusunod na sila sa DHA criteria sa deemed skilled date
nasa ranking factors na nila now

pero hindi ko lang sure ano yung order of priority ng bawat isa :

Age
Work experience
English
High points

Noong time ko days to week ang approval ,now bumagal na ang approvals.

Hello! Sa pagclaim ng experience points for NSW, finollow niyo ba yung date na dineclare ng assessing body (e.g. ACS) as suitable?

Finollow ko kasi siya so hindi ko nakuha yung maximum points for my experience dahil sa binawas sa 4 years sa akin ng ACS. Tapos nabasa ko recently ito sa NSW website:

We have recently updated our approach to skilled employment, removing previous restrictions on what employment can be claimed in your EOI. NSW now follows the Home Affairs definition of skilled employment.

Ibig sabihin ba nito I can also claim for the 4 years na binawas sa akin ng ACS from my experience?

yes, you can claim yung binawas sayo as long as you can support your claims.
