Ask ko lang po, when is the advisable time na mag withdraw ng other eoi? Although, VIC & WA naman yung other eoi ko which is parang di mag iinvite ng offshore this year.

Ano yung target state mo sana? Kung panatag ka na sa nsw, pwede mo naman withdraw na yung ibang 190. Wait mo muna nomination approval din, or pagkalodge ng nsw 190 visa mo. 🙂

Thanks. VIC no 1 ko, then tie yung NSW & WA. paulit ulit ko kasi nakikita sa fb groups yung "Please withdraw your other eoi if you got invited" pagka naka bayad nalang ako ng visa para wala nang bawian haha.

Ayun wala naman kasi obligation na iwithdraw mo yung iba. In consideration lang sa ibang waiting din mainvite para sana yung slot mapunta sa iba. Pero yah, future mo yan. You decide. 🙂 sa facebook nasasabi talaga yan madalas lalo ng nung mga taon na naghihintay ng invite.

Up to you po. Since waiting ka pa naman sa final invite (nasa approval pa lang ng nomination) I think it’s fine to keep the EOI.

It’s just prudent to withdraw EOIs but you are under no obligation to do that. I agree that it’s better to have the EOI withdrawn after mag lodge ng visa. Some even keep their 189 EOI even if makapaglodge na ng 190. But I’d say if you have money to apply for a new visa then why not?

Last year nag invite sila mga mid- Dec ,mahilig lang tlg magpahuli tong NSW ,nakaka ubos nang pasensya 😂 db @MidnightPanda12 ,ako yung inip na inip na mainvite ka dati sabi ko baka mapano sa kakahintay so ayan na nga binigay na ,189 pa 😃

Naka receive na ako ng ITA kaninang umaga kaso di ko ma asikaso kasi nasa baha mga files ko and busy sa work. Mamaya sana pag uwi ko aasikasuhin kaso may system maintenance pala sila hanggang bukas.

Totoo, grabe yung kada invitation round naghahanap ako ng agri invites wala ako nakita. Sabi nga nila when a door closes, another window of opportunity might open. Just keep the faith alive. Libangin niyo sarili niyo habang naghihintay.

Hello po! Good day! Ask lang po sana ako, medyo naguguluhan lang po ako if anong states ang pwede akong mag-submit ng EOI for Visa 190? Alam ko po sa WA need ng employment contract, but hindi lang ako sure if sa ibang states may ganong conditions? Baka meron po kayo na link wherein I can read ung mga conditions for each state. As a background, Agricultural Consultant po ung occupation ko and 85pts ang meron ako for 189. Thank you po!

Hi, offshore ka po ba?

If yes then you have a few options. Considering your occupation, your best bet will be NSW and QLD. Currently they do not need ROIs (AFAIK) just check the following website:

[https://migration.qld.gov.au/](https://migration.qld.gov.au/)

If you are onshore, most states will only invite applications coming from their own state. Also better check if you need to send an ROI. (Registration of Interest) per state. VIC does this.

Basically, what has been recommended before is: Create an EOI for each state, then register for ROI for states that require it.

If you are doing this DIY, then be prepared to read a lot.

Hello! Thank you for answering. Yes po. I am offshore. So far, 189 ad 491 for WA palang ang na-submit ko na EOI kasi I'm weary to create and send EOIs for other states, especially ung 190 kasi hindi pa ako maalam what are the conditions.

For the Visa 190 ng QLD and NSW, hindi po need ng employment contract and ROI in submitting, tama po? Thank you so much po sa links! I will read through them.

Yes. EOI and ROIs are free.

AFAIK.

NSW no other requirements.

For QLD, upon nomination need mo maprovide ng source of funds.

For ACT, need mo naman magconduct ng research na may trabaho ka sa ACT.

For NT meron din ata source of funds requirement pero, there is a stipulation na di mo naman need ipakita na mayroon ka funds, just a statement ata.

For SA, if offshore ka need mo macheck yung occupation list nila if eligible ka.

For VIC, there’s just an ROI.

For Tas, alam ko they are not accepting offshore applicants.
