Under Others naman yung evidences ko na received letters and certificates from employer na naka 5yrs and 10yrs in service nako with them.
Wala akong inupload na pagibig, philhealth, and SSS. 1 employer lang kasi ako, so hindi ko sure sang part yan dun pwede iupload based sa list nila.
How about bank statements po? hindi kase nakalagay name ng company ko sa bank statement kahit na payroll. Will ITR and payslips suffice?
Siguro it will suffice naman. Wala rin ako inupload na bank statements under sa work experience ko 😅

Yes, tapos na kami sa Medicals [family of 3] sa St. Luke's last December. Para focus na lang sa waiting ng visa grant and if ever sa s56 this year. All cleared naman kami. 🙂
