Napapaisip po kasi ako if pwede po kaya mag apply sa working holidays if may NC ll ka ng bread and pastry pero wala kapa experience ?

Wala pang arrangement in place even official na merong WHV for Filipinos. You have to wait on how and who can apply

Visa Subclass 482 Skill in Demand Visa. If you are an NCII Holder, you just need one year experience to qualify. Plus it has a direct path to permanent residency. Better check the DHA website for more details as I’m not a migration agent. Good luck.
