Hi @lock_code2004, nabasa ko po kay mariamorris, non migrating dependent nya ang dad nya.

Sa case ko po ba, need ko ideclare na non migrating dependent ang mom ko? widow na po kasi sya. or dun ko na lang po ilagay sa other family members na non migrating?

need your help po.

if you dont want to have issues with medicals or other documents.. dun nyo sya ilagay sa

otherwise, yun nga po, kailangan silang magpamedical kahit hindi naman sila sasama kung nakalagay sila "NON MIGRATING DEPENDENTS"..

I need help. I made a mistake on the dates that i have encoded on my engineers australia CDR. Instead of August 5 start date of employment, nalagay ko Sept 10. Now the CDR has been approved and I also have my EOI granted. Should I put the correct date on the actual application or should I stick to the dates that I have encoded on my CDR?

i dont think it will matter, and it looks like your claimed points for work experience will NOT be affected...

i suggest (my opinion), to use the dates on your Cert of Employment.. because you will have to attach that in you application.. and CO will be able to see that..

then, you fill up a form stating that there was a "small" mistake made initially in your CDR..

im guessing you can attach this from to your online visa application, or wait for your CO and email it to them..

Check your online visa application kung pwede i-attach ang form 1022..

i mean dun sa drop down list, kung may selection/classification ng ganyang document..

otherwise, wait for your CO..

Ung isang work experience ko kc, nilagay ko sa EOI Accounting staff pero ung binigay na employment reference ng company ko, accountant tas eto po ung ini attach ko sa online application. Tingin nyo po magkakaproblema ako d2? Kailangan ko din po bang magbigay ng form 1023 sa CO ko? Thanks po

i dont think the job title matters.. as long as ung detailed job description nyo is related/closely related sa ANZSCO code job description ng occupation na nominated nyo..

Hi, here's my situation, 489 po ung visa ko and nahihirapan ako makahanap na work sa regional WA, so my plan is to stay and work in sydney with my relatives, then magapply ulit ako for 189 visa para permanent resident na ako..ask ko lang illegal ba gagawin ko na hindi ko susundin ung nakalagay dun sa visa conditions ko..or pwedeng inform ko lang sila na magstay muna ako sa sydney and work temporarily, if my job na sa akin sa WA, lipat na lang ako dun to fulfill my visa conditions for 489

Msg sa Air21? I dunno what you mean by this...

We learned about the visa grant when we got an email from DIAC will subject as Your SkillSelect EOI has been removed - it was subsequently followed by Mr CO with his good news of us getting the visa grant.

@psychoboy naglodge kasi aq via courier air21. pati mga orig copies q kasali baka they will send back na may docs.. and as of d moment im waiting for any email from the embassy. ung sayo, pano natatakan ung passport mo?

Visa label is no longer a requirement nowadays...

My visa label was secured via a visit to an Australian High Commission back in Singapore; iniwan ko ang passport ko sa embassy for a week.
