@peach17 d ko pa nachecheck eVisa ko... mas madalas ako nakatambay d2 sa forum kesa check ung eVisa ko hahaha.

Kulang pa ako NBI... 3 countries eh... wala ako sa Pinas kaya yun inuuna ko.. then yung sa Malaysia naman naka-state sa eConsular page nila na "Applications for the Certificate of Good Conduct through Statutory Declaration is no longer applicable for use in Australia". So kailangan ko pa pumunta dun... Oh well, may 10 weeks pa ako to collate yun mga yun 🙂

Good luck sa atin na naghihintay ng CO...

P.S. I have Brazilian colleagues na naglodge ng applications nila sa Brazil nung Dec and Jan pero wala pa rin silang CO. Backlog nga...

@peach17 kaya nga eh. I'm hoping na that applies only to the new applications. Sana yung mga nakapag-lodge ng January djn pa naman affected. Fingers crossed. 🙂

@peach17 oo nga eh, swerte ng nga nag-lodge last year. But it's not that bad for us, at least mga less than 3 months Lang ang processing unlike sa ibang countries which could take 6 mos or more. </blockquote>

Ganyan talaga guys... When we got an invite last October, invitations issued for 189 visas were per month was 2000 lang. Ngayon ata nasa 3000/month na - given the fact that (1) the holiday season in December, (2) increase in number of invites and (3) assuming constant and number of CO; it is just natural talaga na tataas ang lead time bago ma process ang application.

But still, let's consider ourselves lucky, ang mga Pakistani mas matagal sa kanila as a result of additional security checks. The waiting time could be more than a year.

nabasa ko dun sa allocation table, yung change from 7 weeks to 10 weeks last Feb 8 is because Priority Group 4 was affected daw by the increase in Priority Group 3 applications

@viperbuzz12 - if I am to make a comment noh, i think it would be better to have your health check done. reason why i am saying is that since may history yung hubby mo ng TB, there is a higher chance na ma refer sya and it will take several months bago ito ma clear.

by doing it now, you can save at least a few wks of waiting dito...

mga ilang months po ba sa pagkakaalam nyo nappunta sa Referred status and ilang months bago ma clear?

I really don't know... There is a separate thread here re referred medical status; I did not bother looking at that kasi we were fortunate naman na okey ang medicals. It could take a few months I heard.

What I am saying is that, if may medical history, it might become referred hence if gusto mo mapabilis ang processing, you can opt to do it earlier than when the CO request for it.

Hope this somehow helps...

Pag nagmdical ka na po ba good sign na un or possible pa din madeny? - if you have some sickness or medical finding na very bad, it can be a ground for visa refusal.

I actually have not asked my CO yet if I can still withdraw my dad's application at this stage. Although last week, sa email nya (medicals uploaded already), she mentioned that if he really is not a dependent of my family unit, the health requirement won't be necessary. As of today, status of my dad's medicals is not yet finalised, which according to my CO could either mean that the results may be referred further or simply awaiting conclusion. Up to the doctor na daw. Pag na-refer ba how many months usually before mafinalize? Medyo confused ako what to do now. If iwithdraw ko na yung dependent ko or wait if ma-refer? Di kaya napakasigurista naman ang dating nun? Or would they understand, considering na malaking investment at trabaho na din nagawa namin sa application? Thanks and God bless us all po.

anu po ba ang objective nyo sa pagsama ng father nyo sa application as "dependent but not migrating"?, kukunin nyo po ba sya later? kasi kung hindi namn po, baka hindi nmn po worth it na i-gamble nyo ang buong application nyo..

if you want, just ask your CO, kung until when/or pwde ba talaga i-withdraw, before they make their decision on your application.. but if you really believe na okay nmn ang health nya, that will be a big risk.

kasi ung sa amin, isasama namin ang mother as a migrating dependent (not yet final depende pa kung okay ang annual check up nya)..

regarding "Medicals Referred" status, meron pong separate thread..

Hi @engr_maylene052581🙂 I think it's your right to know your status. If you're hiring an agent, ask mo na lang sila from time to time. Or kung possible, hingin mo yung online credentials. Dapat pwede mo rin makuha yon. 🙂

@engr_maylene052581 - assuming all your details are correct I don't see ma-reject ang application mo pwere nalang if you have a very big problem sa medical mo or may criminal records ka previously.

How I know is that if may migration agent ka, all communications from DIAC/State are coursed through the MARA agent. Hindi ka pwede dumiretso sa DIAC/State and ask questions.

It is logical that they MIGHT check your previous employer - this is to ensure that hindi totoo ang nilalagay mo... 🙂

As per experience of those who applied recently, mejo matagal na ngayon at compared to 3 months back perhaps.

If you backread, there are other who opted to do their medicals prior to it being requested by CO (kami, we did not wait for the request of the CO) while ang iba naman hinihintay until magrequest ang CO.

Thanks @lock_code2004. Actually yes, yun po ang reason ko sa pagsama sa kanya sa application para if ever kukunin ko sya later on, baka di na super hirap at haba ng process. BTW, Nationwide just informed us this afternoon that referred nga medicals nya, though ophthalmologist lang naman. I hope yun na yun, para hindi na sya pa balik2 pa sa clinic. We will probably ride this out na lang and wait for his medicals to be finalized. Pray lang talaga kami na maging okay ang lahat.

wow, nakikita pala ng clinic ang status ng medical nyo? thats a good thing..

atleast okay nmn po pala.. mukhang hindi nmn ganun ka-big deal kung opthalmologist lang ang issue kung bakit deferred ang medical nya.. medyo may backlog ang MOH ngaun..

around 2-3 months ang processing ng "referred" status..

so relaks lang muna.. pray pray!

if i may answer, as long as kaya mo naman patunayan ung claimed points mo at magiging ok ang medical mo, i dont think magkakaroon k ng problema sa application.
