if you do not plan to include anyone from your application do not write anything on that section.. pag naglagay ka sa "non-migrating", ipapa medical at police clearance din nila kahit na hindi mo naman sila isasama sa Au.. ang idea kasi is, pag non-migrating, pwede mo silang i-sponsor later for another family visa...

so instead, put them in "other family members".. dito walang medical at police clearance..</blockquote>

thank you for answering @lock_code2004... so d ko tlaga muna cla masasama.. pero pwede naman cguro cla i-apply in the future... follow up question lang po... just to calm my nerves... ask ko lang kung ano yung mga reasons na nde na-approve yung visa application? malaking pera din po kac ang ilalabas... matagal ko din inipon...

@cchamyl, ssasagutin ko ha? siguro lang kung may malalang sakit ka (ex. Tuberculosis, HIV) o kaya may criminal record ka sa mga bansang pinuntahan mo (as per PCCs). pero kung wala ka namang problema dun, halos sure ball na. ganyan talaga, nakakaparanoid. been there, done that. kalma lang pre.

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding Form 1221 DIAC.

Sino ang mag fill up ng Form 1221? Ako or my husband? Visa 190 ako and I'll be migrating to AU with my husband and 1 year old baby.

I'm confused because yung form is naka attach sa part ng husband ko, pero when I went through the form parang questions yun para sa Main Applicant.

Wala pa akong assigned CO kaya hindi ko din matanong sa kanila. May nakagawa na ba sa inyo nito? Please help, thank you!

i've already finish the application and is at the payment stage na... pero credit card lang.. i don't have a credit card with a limit enough to pay the visa... is there another mode of payment? d ko kac makita yung ibang option... credit card lang lahat yung nasa choices... pahelp naman..

@emmy - download the form and read the instructions..

as far as i know, all persons >16 or 18 years old, included in the application should fill-up the form..

please double check sa form mismo..

also meron namang iba na hindi na pinag-fill-up nito..

ako hindi nag fill-up ng form 1221...

pero ni request sa akin ung form 80...

1) try mo ang debit card...

2) or ask for increase in credit limit sa cc mo..

3) or make advance payment sa cc (example credit limit is 100k, you pay 50k = 150k)

check with your bank if this is possible..

4) borrow someone's cc

Hi @lock_code2004 or to anyone who might know the answer.

Ongoing ung pag fill up namin ng Form 1221 for Visa 190. May question ako re sa Employment Status details in this form.

It said: give details of your employment (including internships, work and periods of unemployment).

Kailangan pa ba ilista yung period of unemployment kahit 2 to 3 months lang? Reason is looking for a job, etc

I just want to be sure para ma lessen yung documents na hanapin sa Amin ng CO, just in case.

@emmy -Yung sa amin po, ako po ang main applicant...visa 190 din po kami. Spouse ko lang po ang hiningan ng form 1221 before ma-allocate ang CO namin.

Regarding po dun sa question on employment... may period po na 7-8 months na walang work ang spouse ko...we just put there the period of employment...di na po kami nag specify the reasons for the gaps. So far, wala naman po comment ang CO namin.

Baka po kapag hiningan na kami ng form 80, that form requires details of employment and unemployment.

Hi everyone, how would you know if na send na ang medical results mo? Coz I can still see the link "Organise your health examinations" though nakapag medical na ako last Wednesday.

@jcs0703 it will probably take weeks bago mawala yung link.

The clinic can tell when they uploaded your results 🙂

@jcs0703 click on the organize health link. Then click on print something (forgot what it said) you will see there whether it was already submitted. That link used to be where you get the referral letter.

Thanks @alexamae , @ipink ! Oo nga pala, na submit na 2 days (July 5) after I had my medical. 🙂 Atleast may konting improvement timeline ko. 😃

So is DIAC will upload something sa eVisa page if ok na for them ang medical ko?

Thank you po sa tip. I tried it and was able to print the Information Sheet which indicated when it was submitted to DIAC :-bd

@jcs0703 Im not at that stage yet hehe 🙂 but from what I've read here I think the status of the health requirement will change.
