Hi! Tanong ko lang po kung may naka-experience po ba sa inyo na merong hindi na-ideclare dun sa questionnaire regarding sa health history?

My 1-year old daughter (who is included in the application) was born premature. After birth, she had to stay in the hospital (NICU/GCU) for 2 months because she has to reach a certain weight before she can go home. Nagwo-worry ako kasi hindi ko siya nadeclare dun sa question na "Have

you ever been admitted to hospital and/or received medical treatment for an extended period for any reason (including for a major operation or treatment of a psychiatric illness)?". I answered no muna sa lahat then plan ko ayusin at a later time. I was careless kasi instead of clicking the Save button Submit button yung na-click ko. Need ko na bang magsubmit ng Form 1023?

New here! Currently in Sydney under 573 dependant visa. My wife is studying at UniSyd. I am the applicant for the 189. Ask ko lng kung meron sa inyong hiningan ng payslip or bank statements as support for work exp?

most applicants were requested to provide proof of income.. payslip or ITR... kung wala na talaga, then you can present bank statement showing your salary remittances..

meron din naman hindi hiningian.. but i'd say just be ready..

Hi, I was asked kasi to pass all payslips for my 8-yr work exp. hopefully wala na sya hinging iba kasi almost lahat namn naipasa ko kasi best effort lng tlaga since dto na kasi kme sydney. may iba lng na last 6 months lng ung binagay. buti nga ung iba pumayag na thru email ipadala.

for medical examination, do we need to bring with us Form 26? aside from the passports, what are the things needed?

@majal bring the accomplished form 160 (for xray), one each for those required to undergo. photocopies of passport (4 copies of bio page), and 4 1x1 ID photo passport size. 🙂

Thanks boss.. BTW any idea po kung nagbibigay si DIAC ng refund for visa application a friend told me na itago ko daw lahat receipts ko pero i am not sure whether he's saying is a fact kasi mag-aapply pa lng din sya ng visa.. any idea? 😃

Hi!

Just want to know if some others here are experiencing some delays in 457 visa processing?I was on student visa and lucky to find a sponsor while studying here in Australia.

457 Timeline is below:

11/06/2013 Application received - processing commenced

11/06/2013 Application fee received

15/07/2013 Application being processed further

Person 1

11/06/2013 Bridging visa granted

22/06/2013 Information received

15/07/2013 Further information required (for xray)

16-07-2013 x-ray done

I've tried to constantly follow up my sponsored employer but immigration told them that my application was affected by the July 1 revisions and my employer settled the payment increase. Also, The start of processing will be July 26 not June 11.

Is anyone here on the same situation as me? Waiting is killing me! I need to maintain a health insurance (I am on family of 3 health insurance because I included my wife and child to the application) while I am here in Australia but I am on bridging visa and my conditions as a student applies to it so work can only be 20hrs per week.Furthermore, it is difficult to find a part time job as employers know that bridging visa holders will leave immediately once 457 is processed.

kung hindi pa naprocess ng state ang "Invitation to Apply for Visa" mo..

pag na process na kasi ng isang state, mag freeze na ang EOI mo, so technically hindi kana maiinvite ng ibang state..

pero kung hindi pa, yes pwede naman..
