Skills assessment before you lodge an EOI.

You also need an IELTS which may come before or after you apply for skills assessment - check your assessing body for their specific requirements.

Assuming you get a positive skills assessment and you get an invitation to apply; good as safe ka na as long as you will lodge your visa application within the given timeframe. It doesn't matter if natanggal yung nominated skills mo in the SOL.

Act now before it is too late... This takes time! All the best.

so if ever there'll be changes in July 2014, won't affect to applicants who were invited to lodge a visa (kahit hindi pa naka-lodge ng visa) prior the change?

@IslanderndCity Yes po, as long as invited ka na, safe ka na. awarding of points po is upon invitation to apply. however the fees applicable are based on the current fees po. So for example, nareceive mo ITA mo by 1st of June and yet naglodge ka ng application mo by 31 of July, kung ano po kung fees by then yun ang applicable.

quick question mga boss, gano katagal mag-upload ng result si SLEC? not really sure kung ung sinabi sakin nung nakausap ko sa phone sa slec ay tama, 3-4 weeks daw?

@IslanderndCity if nde ka pa nakapaglodge at in case may changes, e.g. visa fees, then you might get affected and may be required to follow the new fees. Sa pagkakaalam ko, ang nde affected is yun nakapaglodge na prior to July.

pwede mo din icheck sa e-medical kung submitted na.

No one knows this until i-release nila ng July 1. Meron silang nirerelease na flagged occupations na posibleng matanggal for the next program year pero hindi rin ito accurate indication like yung business/systems analyst flagged na sya for at least 2 years pero included pa din sya sa current program year.

Opo. Majority here in PinoyAu have stated the same opinion as yours. As long as nakapaglodge na ng visa prior July 1, it means changes won't affect the applicant na daw.

@andru_au yes sir check ko rin from time to time sa emedical site, kaso wala pa rin. Tumawag ulit ako today, madami daw kasi pina-process kaya 3-4weeks daw ang processing, pero follow-up na lang daw ulit ako sa Wednesday...dpat pala sa NHSI nlng kami nagpamedical

Tama po ba na after I've lodged visa 190 application, paid visa fee, & attached documents online, all I need to do now is wait for an email from a case officer for police check (both Pinas & SG) & medical clearance (SG) requirements? Moreover, need pa din po ba NBI clearance from Pinas?

if you want to be pro-active.. and front load everything..

you can proceed with getting all police clearances..

for NBI.. go to your nearest phil embassy (or read other threads on how to get nbi from sg)
for SG police clearance, search dito sa forum kung anung proof/docs ang kailangan to be able to apply.. i think you need to show your AU visa application...

for medical, check if you have "organize your medical exam" link in your application...

you just need to print that and set an appointment with the clinic..

yes.. tama po.

for no.3.. you can do your medical either sa PH or SG..your choice.. sympre sa mga accredited clinics lang..
