Hi guys, current status ko is pending yung additional docs (Employment reference, Educational reqt, Form 80) na ni-require sakin ng CO. I have 10 days left to meet the 28-day deadline. Nahihirapan akong kumuha ng Form 2316 sa previous employer ko sa Pinas, kesyo wala na daw yung dating HR manager na originally nag-sign dun sa orig doc ko ("conflict" daw sa BIR doc), blah, blah.. I need your advise on the ff:
1) I am claiming 8yrs of work exp., pero ang meron lang ako na taxation docs is Form 2316 na 2 yrs from Pinas and 2 yrs na Tax Notification dito sa SG. Yung remaining 4 yrs ko is supposed to be from this Phil. employer, na presently akong nahihirapan kumuha. Meron naman po akong other docs like Payslip, detailed COE, SSS cont., etc.
Question: Pwede ko na ba ilaban yung current docs na meron ako? Or am I just making a big fuss out of this Form 2316? Sabi kasi ng CO I need to produce as much evidence as possible, and Im worried baka kahit yung 5 yrs eh hindi nya ibigay dahil sa kulang na 4 yrs na Form 2316.
2) Paano nyo po in-attach sa email yung mga requested additional docs ni CO? Magkakasama sa isang pdf file yung mga docs bawat employer, or ok lang kahit hiwa-hiwalay (COE, pay slips, other evidences). ? Separate emails din po ba per requirement, basta stated yung description ng kung ano yung ipinapasa mo, or kelangang magkakasama sa isang email?
