1) Request Documents or Info
2) Request for information - Detailed Information
3) Form Character reqs penal clearance certificates
4) Form 1071i Health Requirements(permanent entry)
My questions are:
1) Our online status has changed to ABPF pero sa mga documents "Required" pa din ang nakalagay. Sa email naman ni CO, medical and NBI clearance lang naman ang hinihingi nya based sa file na Request for information - Detailed Information. Does it mean na ok na yung ibang documents namin and medical and NBI na lang ang kulang?
2) Dun sa Request Documents or Info, may ganitong sinulat si CO, <i>"I have begun considering your application for this visa and require additional information or
documents. A summary of the information required for each applicant is provided in the attached Request Checklist. More detailed information about each of the requirements is included in the Request for Information - Detailed Information attachment." </i>
Pero wala naman po syang attachment na Request Checklist. Yun kaya yung nasa online na nakalista na "Document Checklist"? Or nakalimutan lang nya i-attach yung sinasabi nyang checklist?
3) Bakit nga pala sa online checklist, si primary applicant lang may nakalagay na passport number? Si secondary applicant walang passport number. Example:
Person 1 Name: Juan Dela Cruz
Date of birth: 01 January 1880 Passport No: AB1234567
Person 2 Name: Maria Dela Cruz
Date of birth: 01 February 1880
Ganyan din ba sa inyo? Matagal ko na sya napansin, nakalimutan ko lang magtanong agad if ganyan din sa secondary applicants nyo, walang passport number?</blockquote>
awww @JClem congrats! ganyan din ang status ko sa una, Required ang nakalagay under Documents Checklist ko, pero after a day or two, nagchange na to MET for all the documents that I submitted so don't worry.. Kulang na nga lang Medicals and police clearance, lucky for you if you only need to present NBI, because if you worked in US or Singapore for example, the processing time of police clearance is from 1 month to 3 months. 😃 NBI can be processed within 1 day if you dont have any records...
Wala din ako ng Required Checklist na attachment na yan so I ignored it na lang kasi sabi dun please refer to the Request for Information - Detailed Information, which only lists Health Requirements and Character Requirement, meaning Medicals and NBI (plus COC from other countries where you stayed) na lang ang additional documents needed. 🙂
