Received an ITA from NSW for 491 - Do I need to get reassessed with ACS for a new employer?

Hello, everyone. I received an ITA today for 491 (Systems Analyst). (Yey!)

My concern is, I have recently changed my employer but doing the same exact responsibilities.

Do I need to get reassessed with ACS?

Or shall I just update my EOI to add this new employer?

Congrats!! No need na yan reassessment. Sa nomination and visa lodgment, mag attach ka nalang ng docs for that new employer.

Napansin ko pala sa signature mo na may pre-invite ka na-receive before. Wala akong na-receive na pre-invite, but ITA siya. Okay lang ba yun? Required ba dapat na may pre-invite muna ako?

Napansin ko pala sa signature mo na may pre-invite ka na-receive before. Wala akong na-receive na pre-invite, but ITA siya. Okay lang ba yun? Required ba dapat na may pre-invite muna ako?

Anong nag email sayo, (<skilled.migration@investment.nsw.gov.au) or (no-reply@skillselect.gov.au)

kapag yung una, pre-invite palang yun from the state

tapos pag approved sa state, makaka receive ka ng email sa skillselect(country)

I got an email from skilled.migration@investment.nsw.gov.au with the subject: Invitation to apply for NSW nomination – EOI kaya akala ko ITA na siya 😃 So pre-invite palang pala to.

Do you think it's worth it to take this 491, or wait for a possibility of 190 invitation? PR kasi ang priority ko sana. 🙁 With 491, hindi siya agad PR so napapaisip din ako.

how competitive is your profile to get invited for 190? kung di ka naman nagmamadali, you can wait for 190. however, think of the risks na lang din like, there could be new rules for migration next FY, ma-remove occupation mo, etc.
