@RejNaix11 Hi.. hindi pwedeng magwork as MLT or MLS dito sa Australia kung walang AIMS assessment kahit may PR Visa na. Isa sa requirement ng employers ung AIMS for Pinoy MTs (and other overseas trained MLS) pag naghahanap ng work dito. However, you can still work in other roles sa Lab kung wala kang AIMS Assessment, like Data Entry or Pathology Collector (but you need a certificate course for this one).
@Mia hindi pwedeng magwork as MLT or MLS ang ibang science courses.
Kse you're not working in our profession. You're a nurse and based in New Zealand. So don't hijack our thread, as if you know everything. Maybe you can do that sa thread ng nurses.
At hindi dahil walang registration kaya mahirap humanap ng work. It's because konti lang ang opening. One or two MLS job opening per month in the whole of Australia. Hundreds of applicants ang kalaban mo sa isang job opening.
Also, automation lessen the need for more MLS or MLT. Pati pagreview ng blood film automated na. Although ngsisimula pa lang mag-explore ang hospitals dito to automate reviewing of blood films, may machines na on the market na dine-demo sa ibang hospitals.
