@sey pwede magretake ng exam if you fail. may kilala ako nagretake. bale submit lang new application form, bayad ng bagong fees pero hindi ka na magpapaassess uli kasi assess ka na as medical laboratory technician. kailangan mo lang maitawid paano na ang second step which is passing the AIMS to be a medical laboratory scientist. dapat valid pa ang IELTS mo din.

sa state sponsored visa 190: 1) once naassess ka sa AIMS as medical laboratory technician, pwede ka na magapply nito. submit din ng EOI first. pakiread na lang sis ang previous threads kasi alam ko meron sa atin dito successfully applied sa state sponsorship.

ung pagnotarize ng TOR, sa lawyer ako dito sa Singapore nagpanotarize. hindi na sa school. sa pinas hanap ka lang ng lawyer's office na may Notary Public. kapag sa Australia--Justice of Peace ang tawag.

@sey no need na sa skul kc ipa notaryo mo naman ..bsta original yung dala mong documents para makita ng magno notaryo.tska ang official na acceptable sa aims e yung authorized mg notaryo.

@ophthaqueen ...hi po mam ...buti pa po kaualam nu n result nu...huhu...ako po kac hnggang ngayon di ko pa rin narreceive yung result ko...dito kac ako saudi at it takes time bago ko pa mareceive result....Mam gusto ko lang po sana iask kung pede n ko apply sa eoi hbang waoit pa ko sa result?saka ano po yung mga kelanagn ko iprepare in preparation sa eoi?. Kabado po kc ako sobra,...di ko lam kung ryt tym o pede n ko magapply sa eoi at this point...Thank you po ng marami....

@johanncedrick yes nakakakaba talaga. dasal lang tayo 🙂 hindi pa ako bro nagsusubmit ng EOI. wait natin sagot ni @raspberry0707 kasi mas maalam siya sa EOI. pwede kasi isave mo lang sa website yung details na nilagay mo sa EOI pero huwag muna submit. from what I understand, kung ano ang kailangan sa points system sa immigration yun din ang kailangan sa EOI like IELTS, kung anong claim mo na work experience etc ...please take note na once sinubmit mo ang EOI at naapprove, you have 60 days to lodge the visa so by that time dapat may letter na sa AIMS na nakapasa ka na ng exam. i think safer to wait for the results of your exam first. 🙂

Tama si @ophthaqueen.. safer to wait for the AIMS letter bago magsubmit ng EOI. Pwede ka na magfill up ng EOI tapos save mo muna..wag mo munang isubmit. Since tapos na ung first round of selection this month (May 8), ang aabangan nio na lang is ung 2nd round, which is May 22. Before May 22, cguro nmn nakuha na natin ung results.

For my case, may hinahabol kse ako na date. Nasa Thailand ako ng May 19 para sa wedding anniv namin ng hubby ko. Isasabay ko ung pagkuha ng Police Clearance sa Thailand. So late na kung May 22 ung intayin ko na invitation. So nakiusap ako sa AIMS via email na kung pwedeng makuha yung new reference number at assessment date on the letter. Hindi nila sinabi kung pasado ako or hindi kse d daw pwede sabihin via email. Pero they are considerate enough to give me the reference no. and assessment date (April 29). Sabi ko kse mgpapasa na ko ng EOI before May 8.

Nagsubmit ako ng EOI nang May 5.. May 7 ng gabi (May 8 na to ng midnight sa Asutralia) may email na ko from DIBP, inviting me to apply for the visa 189.

I just took a risk submitting my EOI without seeing the letter. Ang importante yung assessment date (April 29) is before the effectivity of the EOI (May 5) at tama ang reference number from AIMS. Magkakaproblema ako kung bagsak ako sa exam or mali yung info na binigay ng AIMS. My option to correct this is to wait na ma-expired ung ITA ko (60 days from tm

Nagsubmit ako ng EOI nang May 5.. May 7 ng gabi (May 8 na to ng midnight sa Asutralia) may email na ko from DIBP, inviting me to apply for the visa 189.

Sa ngaun hindi ko pa kini-click ung 'Apply' button sa Skill Select account ko. Any discrepancy sa EOI at sa letter will result sa refusal of visa at pwede din magka-problem sa future visa applications ko. So risky tlaga ung ginawa ko. Wait na lang kau para safe.

Kung makaka-apply tau ngaung May at walang delay sa pagpasa ng requirements, byJuly meron na taung visa.

Wag kayong mgworry kunf maiinvite kau o hindi.. sureball kahit 60 points mainvite.. wag lang mabago ang cut off points sa July 2015. Kse nglalabas sila ng bagong rules at nguupdate ng SOL every July.

Ang quota for Med Lab Scientist ay 1092.. up to date 77 pa lang ngaapply.. kaya ang dami dami pa nating slots. Di kau mauubusan. Matumal ang application sa profession natin kse may exam at twice a year lang ang exam.

Balitaan ko kayo sa takbo ng application namin. 🙂

@sey yup qualification is bachelor degree. kung nag Masteral degree ka din or other higher studies like PhD isama mo din as qualification. pwede hihingin din nila PRC board certificate mo. Yung drug test analyst is a job so professional work experience siya sis.

yes yun na yun ang COE is you are providing evidence of your work experience. yung supervisor o employer siya ung referee mo o reference. dapat mafollow niya ang format na eto at may contact number siya sa signature niya. Pwedeng HR din ang nasa reference letter mo as long as they follow this format:

certified proof of your claimed work experience (a reference letter from your employer/past employer stating your job title, hours of work, duties required and the dates of employment and if possible a copy of your employment contracts.)

Tingin ko may chance mainvite ang 60 points sa profession natin kse mababa ang competition for the available slots. Based din sa statistics from April 10 na invitation, karamihan ng na-invite ay 60 points.

@sey if you want to have additional 5 points to claim partner points, yes magtake siya ng IELTS. Pero dapat massess din siya ng AIMS kung med lab scientist din siya.

Pero need talaga magtake din siya ng IELTS even if you are not claiming additional spouse points kasi kung hindi magbabayad ka uli sa second round of assessment sa immigration. Im not entirely sure kung ok na ung letter from his university na nagsasabi na medium of communication or subjects are in English instead of taking IELTS.

Alam ko namention ni @raspberry0707 need lang ng partner mo ng 4.5 sa band. Tayong mga main applicant ang dapat mataas ang IELTS: all 7 sa lahat ng sections to claim 10 points or all 8 sa lahat ng section to claim 20 points.

Kung hindi ka mgk-claim ng points sa hubby mo, enough n ung certificate from University or College na English ang medium of Instruction.

Kelangan lang nia mag-IELTS kung mgk-claim ka ng 5 points from him. Pero kelangan me professional assessment cia kung ano man ang profession nia.
