My experience working here sa states is ok so far, ok naman employers dito and dito sa California puro din pinoy kaya parang di na rin umalis sa sariling atin.
And yes, initial work visa is for 6 years, and after that pwede ka na start ng sponsorship ng employer which will run at least 2 to 10 years bago makuha ang PR (Green Card) which is so long and walang average wait time and the thing is on the first six years, if you have your spouse with you eh hindi siya pwede mag work.
Salary wise very good naman, pero para sa akin na starting to build a family, mas ok sana if both me and my wife can work na. She's a nurse back home by the way.
Kaya nga I was thinking of doing Subclass 189 again and I saw sa mga things you can do with PR diyan sa OZ is you can make an entry and exit multiple times for the first 5 years. Kaya habang meron pa ako work dito, eh pag ipunan ko muna bago kami mag final move diyan.
Now ang kailangan ko gawin is to update my work experience with AIMS para makapag claim ako ng 5 years sa EOI and looks like kailangan ko din ulit mag IELTS because last 2014 pa yun.
God-willing, kung saan man mapapunta, eh yun nga siguro.
