@nightlock619 oh yeah! sorry! I missed out na namention mo na nga pla na nsa Dubai ka :-)
TBH, this is only based on my experience and mga tao na nakakausap ko sa workplace ko..this is not to discourage you, this is to just give u an idea..It's really challenging and cutthroat pero still depende kung saang lugar ka tlg..Im here sa Sydney and im located sa north shore area..even mga lab managers na nakakausap ko sa work place ko (government hospitals) they even said na mahirap na nga raw tlg makapasok lalo na sa mga wala pang AIMS na katulad ko..ung mga qualified na like either dto ng study or nakapasa na ng AIMS, mas mataas ang chance na makapasok especially sa mga private institution..but with regards sa difficulty, mahirap tlg coz of overflowing of new graduates and overseas skilled migrants as well pero hindi impossible makapasok..its just for me, slowly narerealize ko na probably ang MLS ay not for me if there are other options available.
This is from public hospitals huh, I haven't spoken to anyone from private, once na nakapasa ka ng AIMS exam, dba Medical Laboratory Scientist ang category mo, pero dto sa area namin, instead na Scientific Officer ang employment mo, ibababa ka nila to Technical Officer pra mejo mababa ang pasahod nila sayo tapos mggng Scientific officer ka lang after few years pa ata pero it doesn't matter kc ang importante nakapasok ka na sa lab or may work ka then u can just work ur way in..its just that maraming nakaabang and you just have to be patient..this is just my two cents..its really up to u parin how u gonna make it work.
All the best! ;-)
