Can I have may 1st degree cousin as the secondary applicant for AU skilled immigrant visa?

I am planning to apply for a skilled immigrant visa next year and I am still single and I want my cousin to go with me to AU. My work experience is one that is listed in the SOL (medical pharmaceutical representative). I will be the one who is the primary applicant.
