Hello Mates!

Question po sana. PR po ako at 6 months palang na nandito. Pwede ko na po bang sponsoran yun nanay at kapatid ko ng Visitor visa? Can i apply for both of them via my own Immi account? They're planning to visit here early next year. TIA!

Hi @obycamp I think pwede naman kasi yung brother ko kaka PR palang nila nung nag apply kami ng mother ko yung sa akin na grant na yung visa pero yung sa mother ko waiting pa kasi sa medical. Dito kami nag lodge sa Philippines almost 3 months yung tinagal ng papers ko sept 8 lang ako na grant tapos yung sa mama ko wala pa hopefully after ng medical.

@obycamp yes you can, nagawa na ni @filipinacpa yan sponsor nya nanay nya few months pag dating nya sa AU.

Hi opo pede po based on our experience.. 1 week after magrant PR namin, inapply ko ng tourist visa ang parents ko using the same immi account na ginamit sa PR application namin.. 1 day lang may visa grant na parents ko.. :-) 1 year ang binigay sa kanila max 3 months per visit..kaya ksama namin sila sa initial entry sa au as PR.

Hi, paano po kung under sa agent yung immi account na naapprove yung PR namin, pwede po ba ako gumawa ng sarili kong immi account then dun ko iaapply yung mom ko? I-aattach ko nalang yung visa grant namin?

Big move namin sa by Jan 2017. Plano sana namin kasama ermats ko kahit 1 month ssya dun. Kailangan ba namin mag attach ng bank statements kapag inapply ko sya under our immi account kahit meron syang sariling savings sa bank account nya?

Hello! I will be applying online for my parents' visitor visa and I just wanted to ask if sufficient na po ba yung Form 956a Appointment or withdrawal of an authorised recipient if I would just be setting up the Immi-account, filling up the forms for them, uploading docs for them, and receiving the correspondence . Or do I also have to fill up the Form 956 Advice by a migration agent/exempt person of providing immigration assistance ? I'm not sure if the assistance I would be giving is classified as "immigration assistance" kaya medyo confused pa ako. Your advice would be highly appreciated! Thank you!

@axlrose i don't think it can be considered immigration assistance as you are family member processing it for them.

hello po...may nakapag try na po ba dito ng apply for tourist visa for parents kahit hindi pa PR (457 visa kmi now).may chance po kayang ma approve? Ask ko lang din po..paano niyo ni upload yung mga payslips or bank statements niyo if sinabi niyo pong kayo ang mag pay for all costs eh kc ang nakalagay sa required document, financial capacity - personal...wala kc akong makitang option na recommended docs nna puedeng iupload...thanks po....

Hello, yung tourist visa ba sa parent is multiple entry? Valid for 1 year normally? And maximum of 3 monts stay?

@Heprex case by case basis po. Yung sa father ko 1 year multiple entry and max 3 months stay from the date of arrival. Yung sa mga other relatives ko nmn was 3 years multiple entry and 1 year stay from the date of arrival.
