Ano mga ni-require sayo para sa 18months validity, 12 months stay na TV 600? May bond ba?

Guys, pag mag aapply ng tourist visa for parents and mother-in-law, need pa ba talaga ng evidence of financial capacity nila? Balak ko kasi sana letter of invitation lang from me and proof of income ko since ako naman talaga mag susupport sa kanila dito during their stay.

I applied for my mum's visitor visa just this month. So basically what I did was I made her an immi account (di ko alam na pwede pala gamitin yung immi account na ginamit sa PR application ko) and submitted the following documents:

Passport-sized photograph
Birth Certificate
Marriage Contract
Certificate of Bank Deposit
Certificate of Title
Passport Bio Page
Passport - Travel History (old passports plus current passport)
Invitation Letter from me

She was planning to stay for two weeks, so I only chose for her to stay for up to three months. But lo and behold, her visa was processed and she received her visitor visa grant after <b class="Bold">TWO</b> days! Her visitor visa is valid for a year, multiple entry, with maximum 3 months stay per visit. 🙂

Kung ikaw magssponsor sa kanila, then there should be no need to show their financial capacity. You'll just have to provide YOUR evidence of financial capacity.

@sunflower Ayun thanks! Just to clarify, that applies din to my mother-in-law, right? Or dapat si wife ang mag provide ng evidence of financial capacity?

@freakazaa sir kakaaplay ko lang sa biyenan Kong babae last sat then just received grant letter kanina..just used my immi acct, plain housewife ang motherinlaw ko, ang inattach ko proof of income ay ung NOA namin MI misis dito sa SG at some fund transfer ko sa NAB (dbs to nab). Ala pa kami jan sa Au. Nagrant naman sir..hope it help

Marriage Cert
Bank Statements LDB (zero balance hehe ginagamit lang nya ito para sa car loan payment)
xerox copy ng rehistro sasakyan (since d pa fullypaid)

Docs for me/my wife:

Birth Cert ni wife
Marriage Contract namin ni wife
Birth cert ni Baby boy namin
NOA (like ITR) of me and my Wife
OCBC bank statement of my wife Srs
3 mos Payslips ko and my wife sa Current sg company
Bank Transfer receipts (remittance) ko of Dbs Singapore to NAB Au.

Imvitation letter/Statutory declaration explaining pregnant si wife

Submitted and approved after 3 days.

hi good day mga kababayan,

I do have questions hopefully someone or some group can lead me to the right direction

I will just have my pr anytime this year and my wife and 3 year old son will be here in OZ.

but i would like to bring my parents in law together with them.Just let us settle in and lend

us help with my son and etc.what would be the best visa and we are aiming for an 18 month

length max 12 months para tipid sa airfare thanks mga kabayan.. kong possible yung step

by step process btw my parents in law would not have any financial statements but i will

sponsor all their expenses..salamat kau...

Hi All, quick question, I'm applying for my Mom-in-law's visa, 'have requested her to gather all the needed evidences. When uploading these evidences, are any of these two options okay...

Certified True Copy of all evidences. Since lawyer yun brother nya (uncle in law), di ba magkakaissue since same sila surname. i.e. Applicant and the lawyer certifying the documents. Baka lang kse issue sa approving officer ang relative na lawyer ang magcertify.

Or alternatively...

Coloured scan copies of all evidences. As I remember when we applied for our skilled visa, the officer said coloured scan can be submitted as-is (no need for ctc). I'm just not sure if this is also applicable if applying for tourist visa for parents.

@manofsteel Di ako nag pasa ng CTC copies. Na grant naman within 3 days yung visitor visa ng mother ko. Coloured scan copies lang pwede na.

@Liolaeus salamat sa reply. Wow ayos ah, in 3 days naapproved agad. Was it after submission of the application or after fulfilling any other requirements (e.g. Health check) they've asked?

@manofsteel That's after submission (lodging). Wala na sila hiningi health checks kasi short term lang yung inapply ko - 1 year validity. I think more than that, hingi sila health check and $ bond.

hello guys, ask ko lng.. i applied tv for my mom and the case officer is asking addl reqts - health insurance bago daw igrant un visa, ano po ba best na provider sa oz? hopefully my makasagot

@ginger_ice17 max 3 months stay per visit, 1 year validity. Eto ata pinaka default nilang grant na visa.

Question po, may nakapag apply na ba sa inyo ng Tourist Visa with a stay period na 6 months?

Kapag po ba 6 months ang pinili, required po ba mag undergo ng medical exam?

Hindi na sya pinag medical exam ?

@peach17 3 months lang po para walang tanung... Hndi na nagmedical and Hndi na nagbiometrics, nakita ko rin na from Austelian embassy sa Manila ang CO na nagapprove
