Would the client be accompanied by the client's partner in a future application?

Pag ang answer ba Yes ibig sabihin ba dapat pag nagbayad ng visa eh kasama na din yung sa asawa ko? Kasi ako main applicant. Ako muna mauuna. Pwede bang yung sakin lang muna bayaran ko?

Or pwede bang No muna ang isagot ko? Tapos pag nasa Australia na ko saka ko na lang i-apply uli asawa ko?

Isa pa pong tanong. Regarding sa work experience sa EOI, ang pina-assess ko kasi sa CPAA ay work experience ko from Sept 2009 to present. Hindi ko na pina-assess yung work exp ko before Sept 2009 kasi hindi sya related sa nominated occupation ko. Kelangan ko pa bang ilagay sa EOI ko yung not related work exp ko o yung inassess lang ng CPAA? Thanks in advance po sa sasagot...

as long as naka login kana ok na yan 🙂, may option ata to check ung correspondences through the system, dun mo na lang imonitor. 🙂 tas pag invited kana mag update na din ung status nian from submitted to invited.

Got my invitation to apply today for 190.

ang dami ko tanong I hope may makasagot.

I submitted for Subclass 189 and Subclass 190.

Sa Skillset Portal 75 yung points na lumabas sa Subclass 190 kasi hindi naman reflected yung -2 years ni ACS. I think dahil to sa length of work experience. kaso kinabahan lang ako kasi ang nakalagay sa invitation ko "If you overstated your points claims in your EOI, and either make different claims in your application or change the claims in your EOI after receiving this invitation, your application will likely be declined." pero kasi diba automatic yung point system nila. Sana you can help me with this. medyo worried lang ako. ACS credited 6yrs. pero sa skillset 8yrs yung all working experience ko. may naka experience ba ng ganito?

also what will be my next step?

Turns out nagkamali ako ng claim ng points. 🙁 kasi dapat nilagay ko na not related yung first 2 years. updated my eoi just now, anu kayang mangyayari sa Invitation ko? from 75 naging 70 na lang. ok lang ba yun? may instance na ba na after invitation inupdate nyo yung EOI tas nabawasan yung points?

@mgt21 congrats! Nakakuha din ako ng ITA ngayon sa NSW... Sa tingin ko baguhin mo n lng ang eoi mo, pasok ka prin naman sa points required. Isa pa, ITA p lang naman, hindi pa naman final invite for visa 190. Parang iniiwasan lang nmn mag overclaim sa point dahil baka hindi tlaga umabot sa 60 n required. Sana may makatulong syo regarding this matter. Pray na lang natin n sana maging okay nga ang lahat. Good luck sa atin

No, you should not apply. Your invitation was based on claims made in your SkillSelect EOI when you were invited. If the points score in your NSW nomination application is less than the points score that was in your SkillSelect EOI at that time, your application will be declined. The application is not refundable.

My advice, intayin mo yung invitation for 189 tomorrow tutal mataas points mo, malaki chance na mainvite.. or you can wait na magexpire yung 14 day validity ng ITA ng NSW.

After you have been invited to apply for NSW nomination you will need to complete and submit the online application form with all required evidence within 14 days. A link to the online application will be provided to you in your invitation email.

+1 on waiting for 189. Sayang din kasi yung $300 application fee na babayaran mo sa NSW. Good luck mamaya!

@pausatio or anyone. I also received an invitation from NSW last December 3, 2015. Tanong ko lang ung requirements ba included yung medical clearance and if need san pede magpamedical? Thanks sa sasagot. 😃

@raspberry0707 hi! Question po, ok lang ba ang ilagay ko sa work history ko not related coz im not claiming points pero nakalagay sya sa assessment ko. Wala kasi ako maprovide na payslips ayoko naman mag overclaim baka marefuse ang visa ko. Need ba na lahat ng work experience na nakalagay sa assessment kailangan iprove or iclaim ng points?

@raspberry0707 madami kasi akong employers pero yung isa not related ang ilalagay ko kasi malabo ako makakakuha nh payslips only coe lang e db if ure claiming pts need strong evidence. What do u think?
