Filling up of EOI & Requirements after invitation

1) Would the client be accompanied by the client's partner in a future application?

I assume na Yes ito dahil dependent ko si wife and kukuhanan ko siya ng partner skill points since both kami nag IELTS and ACS. - YES
Also sa partner skill, nag declare ako na kukuha ako from my wife since ang Code 261313 (Soft. Engr) ay nakikita din sa CSOL kasama ng sa akin - ICT Support Engr. Please correct po kung tama ang understanding ko sa part na ito. - YES

2) Date of skills assessment (dd/mm/yyyy)

Eto ba yung time na nareceive nila which is March 25 or ung date ng Assessment letter which is April 1? - April 1

3) Employment Part

ACS assessed na lahat naman ng dineclare ko na job role ay sinama sa Section 4, wala kasi akong nakita sa letter na not-suitable. In this case, ilalagay ko po ba sa Employment part lahat ng nasa declaration ko and declare "yes" sa Related Employment question?

Bali sa EOI draft ko naka blank din ung end date ng last kasi current job and company ko parin siya. Tama po ba na Max 15pts ako sa part na ito?

4) I managed to get 80 points including upfront declaration of state nomination from SA though yung Code ko ay naka red pa till now and hindi ako umabot sa 85 high point na special requirement para makapag apply. May idea po ba kayo kung kelan ito mag oopen like sa July ba since ito ang start ng bagong fiscal year nila? - TRY TO SUBMIT AN EOI FOR NSW SS. WITH YOUR POINTS BAKA MAINVITE KA UNDER STREAM 2

Pasensya na po sa maraming katanungan, medyo andami ko kasi nababasa na mahigpit sila sa pag claim ng points and anything over ay pwedeng maging reason ng denial.

@engineer20 May nakalimutan po pala ako tanungin, dapat ko po ba paghiwalayin sa dalawang entry ung iisang role para mapaghiwalay ko ung not related at related kahit na ang pinrovide ng ACS ay 4 date entries lang sa letter?

May nakalagay din kasi na ganito sa "?" under Employment

mga bossing, need pa bang mag submit ng Payslip or ITR if hindi naman magcclaim ng points sa work experience?

Or mga COE lang pwede na.

@pinoycoder For lodging ba? Nagsubmit pa rin ako kahit hindi ako nagclaim ng points for work experience.

Mga sir/ma'am tanong ko lang kapag hindi po ba nagpaasses sa EA ng relevant skilled employment e yung COE at ITR po ba pwede na maging proof para makapag claim ng points? Yung kasing standard competency demonstration report lang pinaassess ko sa EA. Nag lodge na po ako EOI kanina. Thanks in advance po sa inyo!

@Phiaus usually pwede na ang coe at itr pero it depends pa din sa mga co.. may mga nagrerequest ng payslips, ss contributions among others.

@Phiaus yes. Kasi baka maghigpit si dibp co at sabihin hindi naman related sa nominated occupation ko yung work experience ko, baka masayang yung points.. i just looked at it as a part of the process and takot ko lang gumastos ulit dahil nagkaroon ako ng negative assessment before.

@se29m ah okay thanks again sa mabilisang pagsagot! Pero di ba optional lang yun tapos meron naman nakakapag claim kahit di po nag avail non basta may proof na related sa job yung nominated skills? Kinakabahan kasi ko dahil di po ako nagpa assess ng relevant skilled employment.
