Filling up of EOI & Requirements after invitation

hi, ask ko lang po regarding filling up ng EOI..

andun na po ako sa page 10/14 about sa Employment. bale ganito ung input ko,

position 1 - company 1 - Related Employment? (No)

position 2 - company 2 - Related Employment? (No)

position 3 - company 3 - Related Employment? (No)

position 4 - company 4 - Related Employment? (Yes) - From 10/Jun/2014 To 30/Oct/2015

position 5 - company 5 - Related Employment? (Yes) - From 02/Nov/2015 To 31/Mar/2016

position 6 - company 6 - Related Employment? (Yes) - From 01/Apr/2016 To present

Yung tatlong <b class="Bold">Yes</b>, yun yung sinubmit ko sa ACS for assessment, then ang sabi ni ACS, "<i class="Italic">following employment after June 2016 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 263112</i>"

question,

1) Tama lang ba i-Yes ko kasi yun yung relevant employment na pinasa ko for assessment?

2) Dapat ba "No" ang ilagay ko? since June2016 onwards lang ung nacredit sa akin?

2a) If "No", paano yung company 6 ko, since inclusive yung June 2016 doon.

2b) mag chop-chop ba ako ng separate entry for 01/Apr/2016 - 31/May/2016, then another entry for 01/Jun/2016 - to present?

@just.anotherguy yup need mo hatiin yung company 6 mo yung april2016-may2016 is not related then june2016-present yung ang related employment.. sa pag create mo ng EOI sa employment unahin mo yun most recent work exp mo.

@just.anotherguy sorry yun company 4 and 5 mo pala No din ang need mo ilagay since June 2016 to present lang ang pwede mong equate to work as ACS result stated.

Hi goodpm. newbie in this group. tnong ko lng po sa EOI may option po dun "Would the client be accompanied by the client's partner in a future application?". ngaun po kc defacto po kme.tpos under cia sa application ko.. isasagot ko po ba "yes" or " no"?.. and gusto ko lng po isure ung defacto po b is family member? thanks po sa mgshashare.

Nbsa ko kc de-facto is considered family member.. so ang ssgot ko po dun sa tnong na

"are there any family members the client would like to include in future application?" . Ang nilagay ko "yes" since defacto is family member..

2."how many family members?" Nilgay ko nmn "1"(ung gf ko)

Tma po ba?.

Wait natin sagot ng iba. Dun kasi sa eoi ko, ni-NO ko yung #1. Napapaisip rin tuloy ako kung tama nga ba yun, hehehe. Tapos ni-YES ko yung #2. 🙂

Hi @jaysonkier de facto din ako, alam ko de facto is classified as family member. ganito naman answers ko:

Are there any family members the client would like to include in a future application? YES
How many family members? 1
Would the client be accompanied by the client's partner in a future application? YES

Hi @its.kc finollow ko lng kung pano ung lumabas sa assessment letter. So nauna sa list ung unang employer. Hndi rin ako sure kung ano ang tama?

Hi good day po sa lahat, si husband ang main applicant and dependent kme ng mga kids nmen. For 489 visa. And ngsubmit ndn agent nmen ng EOI . Ask ko lang po gano katagal ang ITA/ INVITATION? Thank you
