estimated invite for 189 is beyond July 2019 and not any sooner. since nung July this year ka naglodge ng EOI, it's highly possible na baka abutin nga ng 2020. (assuming na 189 ung EOI)
but there are other VISA subclasses naman, might be worth a look. ie. employee sponsored
