Filling up of EOI & Requirements after invitation

Hello po sa lahat :-) may tanong lang po ako ... If I selected two(2) visa types (189 & 190) dun sa EOI ko, then for instance, na grant yung visa 190 ....tapos naka pag decide ako to refuse 190 and go for 189 for some reasons... possible po ba na hindi na ma grant yung visa 189 because of such decision or that scenario mentioned?

sir mam tanong ko lang po about sa previous countries of residence. More than 10 years na po kami sa singapore at bakasyon lang kami lagi sa pinas. NO po b ang issagot ko dito since di nman kami nag stay ng matagal sa pinas?pag YES nman kc kelangan ko ilagay ang details ng kelan kami nag stay dun.slamat po sa mga ssagot.

@steven ang sa pagkakatanda ko eh kung anung mauna ka ma-invite at inaccept mo mafreeze un skill select mo. Maghintay ka pa ata ng two months para makapaggawa EOI ulit. Kaya kung sure n maiimbitahan next month ikaw, ignore mo n lang un isa.

@mabaitpoako yes po ang sagot. Kasi kung ikaw po citizen, resident, may permanent address sa Philippines.

hi po! Magstarr palng me submit ng EOI, ask po sa kng cnu may idea... sa employment details section, ung isang employment ko sa singapore ang date employed ako is april 11,2012-aug 24,2014. Pero ung sa assessment ko april 11,2012-dec16,2013 lng. Kac ung pinasa ko pala na cert of employment during assessment is dated dec16,2013.so sundin ko nlng po ba ung sa assessment? Para d mgkaconflict later on? TIA

Hi. Im about to fill up my EOI. Question ko lang dun sa employment history, nakalagay dun is to list all employment for the last 10 years.

Ang concern ko is before getting hired sa current company na pinapasukan ko ngayon, dumaan muna ako sa 5months na apprentice (trainee maintenance technician) in their partnership program with Tesda. Technically "hired" ako dahil may payslip ako pero considered ng HR namin yun as allowance and not salary since yung apprenticeship program ay 6 months duration lang and apprentices are considered as trainees only.

I did not claim any points for experience nor did I include this during my skills assessment. Should I include this sa employment history? TIA

If it doesn't affect your claimed points sa experience, might as well follow the assessment period.

Sir meron po ba kayong kopya nung Certificate of employement nyo, if yes, use the inclusive dates. For most companies, probational period is inclusive of your employment period.

Employer 1-philippines- nov2005-jan2008

Employer 2-saudi-feb 2008-feb2012

Employer3-singapore-april2012-dec2013

Employer4-UAe-sep2014-till date

Do i need to claim points sa first employment ko? Kac more 10 yrs na un if include ko. Or need strict 10 yrs lng ?bale claim points lng ako from employer 2 ,3 and 4?

@krishope21 yes sir last 10 years, so for your case employer 2,3,4 lang po pwede iclaim if relevant sa nominated occupation mo.

Ung sa emplyer 3 ko po pala ilalagay ko nlng po ung true dates of employment ko which is april 2012-aug2014. Khit ung naassess is til dec 2013 lng. Kac para d magkaconflict sa form 80 during lodgement ng visa kac may nagcomment po sa isang thread sakin sa med lab scientist na thread na need true lahat ng dates ang ilalagay kac makikita daw sa police clearance sa sg ung stay ko sa sg. Para d magkaconflict. What do u think po? Or baka may ibang kaforum jan po na may same case sakin. Tnx po!

@krishope21 may nabasa po ako na sa iba, un actual employment date kasi ang nilalagay nila as long as may enough evidence to support your claim regardless dun sa outcome ng assessing authority. Ang sabi daw kasi nasa CO p rin un last decision regarding the grant.

Hi @Rodelc_sg. Iba pa yung 6 months na probationary period ng company sa apprenticeship training program. Sa program, meron lang certificate na nag undergo ako ng skilled training under the name of this company and in partnership with tesda. sa program kasi, dun pa lang madedetermine kung iaabsorb ka ng company para maging probationary employee. kung hindi ka maabsorb, may certificate of completion ka indicating yung partnership with tesda.

since hindi ko dineclare ito during skills assessment, okay lang ba na hindi ko na rin ito ideclare sa EOI? parang ang magiging consideration ko na lang is training sya at hindi talaga ako "employed" sa company?
