Ang concern ko is before getting hired sa current company na pinapasukan ko ngayon, dumaan muna ako sa 5months na apprentice (trainee maintenance technician) in their partnership program with Tesda. Technically "hired" ako dahil may payslip ako pero considered ng HR namin yun as allowance and not salary since yung apprenticeship program ay 6 months duration lang and apprentices are considered as trainees only.
I did not claim any points for experience nor did I include this during my skills assessment. Should I include this sa employment history? TIA </blockquote>
Sir meron po ba kayong kopya nung Certificate of employement nyo, if yes, use the inclusive dates. For most companies, probational period is inclusive of your employment period.
