Hello.

Ask lang po sana ako ng advice.

I’m applying for Visa 189 under 261312 Developer Programmer.

Naka gather na po ako ng 70pts as of now

Age: 30pts

Educ: 15pts

Employment: 15pts

English: 10pts (planning to retake)

My current plan is to submit EOI kapag na reach ko na yung 20pts for English Assessment. Mag reretake po ako this coming April and aim for Superior sa PTE. Makaka 80pts in total hopefully if mareach ko po yung superior sa English.

Is this a good plan or dapat ko na po isubmit yung EOI then update na lang yung sa English Assessment?

Pwede naman sir na mag lodge ka na ng EOI with 70pts, tapos update mo nalang once you get you Superior in PTE.

@adrbleaisa you can submit NBI (kung based ka sa pinas) or PCC (police clearance cert) from the country you are residing other than Phil.

Ako yung primary applicant and no overseas experience but my partner studied HS in middle east and worked in Qatar for 3 years. Kelangan pa ba nya ng police clearance certificate from that country kahit dependent ko lang cya?

Hello po. Tanung lang po ako regarding sa ITR for the past employments. Mandatory po ba ang ITR or ok lang na payslips lang? Thanks

@Desert_Cowboy kung kya mo magproduce Ng every year na ITR, the better. Any evidence na paid Ang employment mo, salary slips, bank statements, ITR, salary certificate, SSS contributions, bonuses, promotions, the more entries—- the more chances of winning! Ginawang raffle draw. Hehe.. hope it helps!

Since there are a few fields to upload, where do I upload Marriage Contract?
How about documents of my spouse? CEMI etc.
Is there a specific way of naming the documents?

Maglolog sana ako for EOI. Kailangan na ba e-attach yung needed docs doon tapos dapat photocopy then notarized? Or mainly fill up lng sa ngayon then hintay kung may feedback sila? Thank you sa mga sasagot.

@wearec00l for EOI, there’s no need to attach /upload anything yet. But make sure that the points you claim match your assessments (english and skills) as well as your supporting documents. Be sure din na immediately available yung docs (I suggest using Google Drive) in case maka receive ka ITA or Pre ITA. Goodluck!

What is the difference po between pre-ITA and ITA? If you receive pre-ITA, can you still edit details in your EOI (interchanged scores of speaking and writing, but still same points claimed)?

@adrbleaisa Go to your spouse' profile- "Relationship - Spouse...", "Language Ability - ..." AFAIK, no specific format of naming the documents. I suggest you replicate how IMMI names the applicant profile then add the name of particular document.

@twenty1 yes kailangan pa din niya magprovide if those stay is within the ten year frame. iyan iyong nagpatagal sa application namin kasi kelangan ng dependent ko magprovide ng qatar PCC.

Thank you @mycroft_holmes for your response. Need pa din ba magprovide ng employment record like yung pina assess sa assessment body or assessment result will do? Iniisip ko kasi anong eprovide if need pa kasi 1yr na din ako ngpa assess kasi ntagalan sa english ko. Thank you.

@wearec00l yes. You need to provide both.

Kasi upon visa lodging sa immiaccount under different category siya mag fall. Skills assessment, of course, under SKILLS ASSESSMENT.

Then yung employment evidences, e.g, tax, cv, coe, payslips, bank statements, etc, under WORK EXPERIENCES.

In my case, kung ano docs prinovide ko kay vetassess for skills assessment, yun din upon visa lodgment. Wait natin sagot ng iba. 🙂

@wearec00l Ilang points na ba ma claim mo? Kung kumpleto na docs mo as per requirements ni DHA, I suggest mag lodge ka na ng EOI asap. Worry about the additional docs later, that’s what Case Officer contacts are for. 🙂

Mind you, there are only 3 invitation rounds left for this FY. We don’t know kung ano changes next FY. 🙂 Goodluck.

@ajhay pre ITA is colloquial dito sa forum for Invitation to Apply for State Sponsorship Nomination. In laymen’s term, binibigyan ka ng isang state ng opportunity to apply visa through their nomination or sponsorship.

Kaya siya “Pre-ITA” kasi dadaan ka pa sa approval ni state bago ka maka apply ng visa. Once approved tsaka ka pa lang pwede mag lodge ng Visa Application. (2 Step process)

Unlike ni “ITA” na diretcho ka na sa visa lodgement. (1 Step process)

@ajhay Yes pwedeng pwede. Mas okay nga na inuupdate natin sila ng changes in our situation asap.

And once na maka receive ka naman ng ITA malo lock EOI mo for 60 days. You can’t amend it during that period.
