Police Clearance for ex-Saudi Arabia OFW applicants

@emonsanto mostly email. Tas may time na andun pa sia mismo sa ksa. Nagpunta din sia personally kaso since wala sia sa Riyadh wala din sia nakuha. Hanggang sa naawa na din cguro yung CO sa kanya. Yung CO mismo nagsabi na exit letter n lng isubmit nia or ung letter from employer.

@Xiaomau82 meron kasi akong email exchange with Philippine Embassy sa Riyadh regarding the processing of Police CLearance at sinabi nila doon na dapat meron akong representative doon. Tapos nag reply ako sa kanila sabi ko na wala akong representative kasi 4 years na akong wala doon.

Ang sagot ng embassy sa akin ay mag exert daw akong ng more effort para makakuha ng representative. E pano nga wala e 🙁

Sana mabait din yung CO na ma-assign, if ever.

@emonsanto cguro basta ipakita mo lng sa case officer ung effort at willingness mo na maprovide yung clearance. Saka minsan depende din sa occupation pag mataas pa quota.

Im curently in Sg right now.. i worked in Ksa before for 3 years but di ako nag.exit properly. Nagbakasyon lang tapos di na bumalik kasi may offer sa SG..

Now,my questions are:

May chance ba akong makakuha ng police clearance from kSa?
If not, ano pong pwedeng gawin?

i think that is fine.. kasi mostly ganun tlga dpat.. you get a clearance pag exit mo sa isang country..

i suggest go to the nearest KSA embassy .. and then ask them if you can get one..

or search sa mga thread dito, ung iba may ginawa na nag stat dec yata sa AU embassy naman..

Sana nga po tanggapin nila ung akin kasi mahirap na kumuha ulit at magastos. Ang isang prob ko pa eh ung date n nakalagy sa translation ung hijri calendar gamit nla nasa year 1432 pa huhuhu

@netzkeenet, hindi pa ako nakakakuha ng KSA police clearance. Hinihintay ko pa ang skills assessment ko from EA. Nag-try ako mag-email sa Phil Embassy sa Riyadh pero kelangan daw may representative ako doon para maglakad para sa akin, kaso wala akong makuhang representative.

@emonsanto nako pano po gagawun niyo jan? Medyo matagal pa nmn mg.process nyan at kailangan nga ng representative.

Hi,

I'm in the process of gathering requirements (for visa application just in case) prior to submitting EOI and I've read that we need to submit PCC for countries we've lived in for more than 12 months.

I studied in KSA for 4 years(as a dependent) from 1999 to 2003 and visited the country from time to time. The last time I went there was Oct 2007 to Feb 2008(total of 4 months, I was 20 yrs old back then). I was also in the country on 2003 and 2004 but stayed less than two weeks each visit.

My question, do I still need to obtain PCC from KSA considering that I've stayed less than 12 months in the country since I turned 16? Thanks!

Note that my parents are no longer staying in KSA.

In my opinion, indi na kelangan. Based on the regulation itself, u r required to obtain a police clearance for countries u have stayed for 12 months in the past 10 years. since within 10 years e wala nmn 12 months ka nagstay sa KSA then no need.

@Xiaomau82 Hi, thanks! yon din ang alam ko nong una. But then yong nagsubmit ako kanina ng application. Nicheck ko yong evidence of character, nakalagay dun na need if more than 90 days ka nagstay sa isang bansa. I created a separate thread, pwede pacheck? 🙂

@melvenb Useless na po. Its been 3 years. Sa Singapore kana pwede kumuha ng Police clearance. Once nag Exit ka kasi sa KSA you are marked as Cleared. Immigration all over the world don't know about this. Ang Hirap kumuha ng Police clearance dito sa Saudi lalo na sa Riyadh.

I spent around 1,000.00 AUD for the entire process and took 3 months because of confusion. MOFA staff here don't know anything. Lesson learned follow the steps Below and you will just spend around 500 AUD including the parcel back and forth to Australia.

REMEMBER POLICE CLEARANCE IN SAUDI ARABIA IS FREE OF CHARGE

I did this steps Oct. 25, 2015*

Scenario:

My Wife is in Australia and need to get a police clearance here in KSA because she worked here for 4 years as a RN. Australian immigration requires you to get a police clearance from the country you have stayed in for the past 5 years.

Police Clearance Process?

1.) Go to the nearest Police station in Australia and let them have your Finger Print. This Form that has your finger print is attested by the Police station of Australia.

2.) Have the Finger Print form be Authenticated by the Australian Foreign Affairs (the authentication will have a Ribbon in it).

3.) This is the Difficult step and the most important step. Send an email to the Saudi Embassy ( cons.auemb@mofa.gov.sa ) stating that you want to (remember to put this word) LEGALIZEyour Finger print Form. Once they reply, they will reply with a list of agencies you can send your Finger Print Form.

4.) Call the Agency who will process your Finger Form and acquire the steps.

5.) Once you get back the Form with the LEGALIZATION stamp of the Saudi Embassy in Australia, you can now send the document to your relatives or nearest friend in Saudi Arabia for them to bring this form to be Notarize by the Philippine Embassy in Saudi Arabia.

6.) After the notarization you can go straight to the Police Clearance Head Quarters. The Police process your Finger print form and returned it back with a stamp stating "NO POLICE RECORD".

Note: After you get the Saudi Embassy Legalization (which i spend 1 month acquiring this to the Saudi Embassy in Australia) you don't need to stamp this form from the MOFA here in Saudi Arabia. Go Direct to the Police Clearance Head Quarters.

@revsky pwede po...make sure na kumuha ka na agad ng Saudi Police Clearance bago ka mag-exit kabayan para smooth...if i remember it right, mga 1 year naman ang validity nun... :-)
