Hi everyone..just want to share my story and also if I can seek your advice too..I have applied for visa subclass 189. We are due for medicals but suddenly my husband changed his mind and doesn't want to pursue the application. On my part, I know I really want this. But the problem is, our application is for migrant visa and so I need him to have his medicals. Do I have other options if I don't get this visa? Can I still apply later on? What visa would be best that would allow me to take my child with me sabihin na natin na kming 2 na lg ang aalis? Sana naman hindi ako ma blacklist. Still praying that God would touch his heart that he would come around.

Visa 190 http://www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/190.aspx
This are permanent residence visa. It lets you and any family members who have also been granted this visa to:
stay in Australia indefinitely
work and study in Australia
enrol in Medicare, Australia's scheme for health-related care and expenses
apply for Australian citizenship (if you are eligible)
sponsor eligible relatives for permanent residence
travel to and from Australia for five years from the date the visa is granted (after that time, you will need a resident return visa or another visa to return to Australia).
