Question about uploading documents to 189 Visa application...

I have already applied for the Visa 189. May concern lang po ako. Umalis kasi ako ng Australia na expired ang visa ko. Sabi ng immigration officer na nakausap ko sa Brisbane iexplain ko na lang daw sa next application ko ang situation ko.

Therefore I want to send my future CO a letter. Do you think ok lang na u upload ko rin yun sa immi account together with other docs?

this will definitely be an issue... just be prepared to defend yourself when your CO comes knocking into your door.

therefore gusto ko magsend sa kanya ng message before sya mag decide.

so pwede kaya ako mag upload ng personal letter ko to her/him?

Make the title as "dear CO, please forgive me for overstaying before..."

kakalodge lng po namen ng visa.san po ba iupload ang docs and organize medical?

@kremitz doon mismo sa account mo. makikita mo when you open it na may "upload docs" part with their corresponding categories.

Re: medicals, I read from the Immi website na once you have lodged, you must not conduct medical exams yet until your CO asks you to do so.
