Initial Entry Odds and Ends
Hi po ulit, I would like to ask po sana for your kind opinion/suggestions about our plans for migration.
We have 2 kids, an infant (1 year 2 months) and a 7 year old daughter.
Bale ang plan is all of us to land in Aus and have our visas active on the initial entry date, then apply for Medicare etc.
After this, my wife and the kids will fly home muna to Pinas, kids will stay muna with my in-laws for at least a year, while my wife will return to Aus immediately after. Both of us look for work, settle and ipon konti before bringing back our kids. So sya lang magtravel with our kids and settle them in Pinas.
During our initial entry, ang plan is to book a cheapo hotel lang muna good for 1-2 weeks. Reason is that, my friend in Oz says pag family of four requirement is 2 bedrooms minimum and contract basis for 6 months to a year, pero since uuwi naman muna kids namin, me and wife and will go for studio or 1 bedroom muna while settling in. Sayang naman if we go ahead for a big apartment kung kami lang dalawa...
Pag okay na lahat, may work na kami both ng wife, have a good income at least and mind set, then we will go back to Pinas and bring our kids back to Oz.
Now here are few questions:
Kelangan pa po ba ng letter(notarised) from me pag inuwi muna ng wife yung 2 kids ko. Any issues with immigration (exit from Oz) then enter to Pinas?
As for my wife returing to Oz soon, required pa rin ba CFO sticker?
Once verified na mga visa ng kids, can they come anytime from that date up to the expiration of Visa which is 5 years right.
Any inputs, opinion or suggestion will be highly appreciated, specially those who have done similar thing or have been into this scenario.
