1) opo, nag aral ako sa pilipinas ng nursing nakuha ko to ng 2 years- second courser po ako. Licensed po ako sa pinas.

2) Bachelor of Nursing sa Deakin University, I studied for 2 sems equivalent to 1 year.

3) I submitted ANMAC skills assessment.

4) ang asawa ko po ay Commissioned Defence Army Officer equivalent sa Pinas since graduate sya ng PMA. Nasa Csol po sya ANZCODE 139111

To those who are asking, onshore po ako. Sabi po dun sa Australian Study kasi sa EOI ang tanong lang naman is if I completed an Australian Study. Sa pagkaintindi ko po kasi if may degree ako na natapos dito meron naman po yun yung Bachelor of Nursing di ko naman po alam na may corresponding points yon na iallocate sa akin which is 5 points. System generated po ang EOI. Honestly po, sinagot ko lang ang tanong ayon sa pagkakaintindi ko. Hindi ko naman po sinagutan yon ng oo para makakuha ng points kasi aware po ako na kapag nag overclaim automatic refused agad. Nagulat na lang po ako sa notification kasi everyday po ako nagchecheck mg status ko sa immi account ang nakalagay on Process. Never po ako nacontact mg CO biglang refusal agad binigay. Kaya wala akong idea about overclaiming or may points discrepancy ako. Dun ko na lang nakita sa reasons kung bat ako narefused.

Sa mga experts po, okay lang po ba na iclaim ko ang skills ng asawa ko to get 5 points? Nasa Csol din po naman ang nurse ganun din po sa kanya. Patulong po. Maraming salamat.

@bananapeel please shed some light you might help @Yukishih. Hindi ba sis @bananapeel first visa apps mo denied then in-escalate mo sa DIAC/DIBP dati dahil may error Yung immi sa visa apps mo then later na reverse Yung decision?

@Yukishih I think yung Deakin yung reason. Did you claim points for Australian study? Sa instructions kasi, nakasulat:

<blockquote>You have completed one or more degrees, diplomas or trade qualifications for award by an Australian educational institution as a result of a course or courses:

• that are registered courses;

• that were completed in a total of at least 16 calendar months;

• that were completed as a result of a total of at least 2 academic years study;

• for which all instruction was conducted in English; and

• that you undertook while in Australia as the holder of a visa authorising you to study.</blockquote>

If 2 sems ka lang, wala pa yung 16 months, right? And since University yan, baka di mo natapos yung course? Correct me if I am wrong.

Ilang points ka pag di mo i claim yung australian study?

Natapos ko ang course ko sa Deakin. Nasa Eoi ba yun clause re:16 mos? Di ko kasi talaga maalala. Without australian study 55 lang talaga ako. System generated yung points di ko alam pano ako naallocate ng 5 points.

Yung iba binigyan ng option to withdraw kaso nag overclaim ng points ako wala diretso refusal. Wala ako idea na may mali ako na nasagutan talaga. Kasi after submission ng eoi di na din mabago di ba?

Yun pong kay @bananapeel i think date of submission of visa yung kaya na grant later on pero ibang case din. What i think is at least she will give you an insight kasi dating na deny sya and then naipaglaban nya yung visa nya sa immi at bihira ang naririnig nating ganun na reverse at later na issue-han ng visa. Yaan mo hanapin mo yung link.

@Yukishih a, hindi mo inaral yung requirements? ganito na lang, can you send an email and ask why? Sabihin mo, so you can understand why and fix any issues.

Anyone knows when will the review be completed? Usually po anong month sila nag-i-issue ng new list aside from July? Kasi nakita ko ito sa website nila.

i think hindi mo naintindihan mabuti ang process ng EOI at ang points system..

the fact na nag yes ka dun sa question means you have completed atleast 2 yrs course sa AU..

at yun nga, may mga definition kung anu ang meaning ng bawat questions at requirements..

also, it is incorrect na hindi ma edit ang EOI, you can edit it as many times as you want,, hanggang hindi ka pa naiinvite..

yun ang sabi ko, before submitting your eoi, make sure na tama anng points based sa calculation nyo.. (kung alam mo na 60pts ka lang, at sa EOI eh nakita mo na 65pts ka, that means may mali kang claim)..

@bookworm dun po sa refusal nilagay nila lahat ng kulang ko. Dun sa australian study dapat lahat nung condition dapat mameet.

@Yukishih by the way, yung sinabi mong natapos mo yung course mo sa deakin, did you mean, tinapos mo yung sem o tinapos mo yung full course? Usually pag university kasi, ilang taon yun.

Natapos ko yung course. 1 year lang yung akin kasi nacredit ang units ko sa pinas.

wala na po silang notice whn mag update. dati like every 2 months sila nag a-update pero since they started ung grouping scheme sa nominated occupation Sch1 or 2 e parang bihira na sila mag update kasi nga mejo mahirp din mag obtain ng offer of employment.
