Just want to clarify some details po. Nag file ako ng EOI for SS sa NSW last March 28, 2016 and now waiting for an ITA.

Ask ko lang if may idea kau kung anu po ung mga basis nila in granting an ITA. As for my case po kc. I have 55+5 (SS) = 60 points.

With Positive Assessment from Engr's Australia

Baka may idea kau or experiences that you can share if I will be a granted an ITA?

per NSW website: The highest ranking candidates in occupations on the NSW 190 Priority Skilled Occupation List (NSW 190 List) will be invited first.

in your case since your occupation falls under SOL, u have a slim chance na mainvite ka within 6 months. i have known a few people na naglodge ng EOI since last year pa, same as your case, pero til now wala pa din. I would suggest na magtry ka ng PTE Academic or retake IELTS and obtain higher score para pwede ka makaapply under SC 189.

@ME157199 mas ok kung makakuha ka ng points sa english para eligible for visa 189. pwede rin na hintayin mo maging 8 yrs ang work experience mo para pasok pa rin for visa 189.

@engineer20 nabasa ko sa timeline mo na NSW sponsored ka rin, nakakuha din kami ng NSW SS, bale antay nlang ng agent namin para apply for visa 190. Me case kaya na maghingi ng proof of funds ang DIBP?

@elleb1 DIBP ay hindi nanghihingi ng proof of funds for visa 189 or 190. it is usually a state requirement for some states prior to approval of sponsorship and NSW is not one of them.

My nominated occupation kasi in in CSOL. Upon checking anzcosearch, dati south australia (supplemetary) or special conditions apply tapos ACT lang (Closed) ang nakalagay na state. Ngayon meron ng ganito.

In 2015-16 NSW will again deliver 4.000 places for the 190 visa program under a selection-based invitation process. From July 2015, the NSW 190 program has 2 streams:

Stream 1: Occupations on the NSW 190 Priority Skilled Occupation List (NSW 190 List). The highest ranking candidates in occupations on this list will be invited first.
Stream 2: Very highly ranking candidates in CSOL occupations. Throughout the 2015-16 financial year NSW will also select and invite a limited number of very highly scoring skilled candidates in occupations from the broader DIBP CSOL.

NSW will not be inviting candidates in the following CSOL occupations: Primary School Teacher (241213), Retail Pharmacist (251513), Architectural Draftsperson (312111), Industrial Pharma

Ibig ba sabihin pag nag EOI ako ng NSW. Pwede ako mainvite under stream 2?

Hi po ask ko lang kung pwed applyan lahat ng state na nag open ng skill mo. In my case there are 4 states. Is it advisable and how to do it? Thanks po.

@Megger yep. pede naman applyan lahat. I suggest create different EOI for each state, since sabi nila yung ibang state gusto nila eh sila lang ang priority state mo... Btw, each state has different policy and requirement.

@Megger Yung May 21 po ba? Congrats po! Planning to get state nomination din sa SA through chain migration once lumabas na yung approval ng PR visa ng kapatid ko. Accountant po kasi nominated occupation ko, 65 points lang ako so malayo pa ako sa pila ng 189 kasi mga 70 pointers and priority sa Accountants 🙁 . Yung NSW naman, ang tagal malabas ng invite. Nasa Supplemental Skilled List po kasi ang Accountant sa SA kaya through chain migration ako. Kaya I'm praying na sana lumabas na ang PR visa nila para makapag EOI na rin ako sa SA.

@pink iba pa yong application sa migration site mismo ng SA, may charge dun, after 2 days ko pa nailodge yong sa SA website, buti may naka advice sa akin dito rin sa forum na meron pang isubmit dun bukod sa eoi. So officially 23 yong submit ko ng application for Ss sa SA.

@Megger ah ok po.. So nakareceive ka po ng parang invitation from SA para magsubmit sa site ng SA? or kusa mo lang po ginawa yung submission sa site?

@pink kusa ko lang ginawa yong submission sa site. Yon ang promp ng eoi na mag envite once approve nila yong application mo.
