Hello guys, question Lang po na grant na ko ng 190 visa pero until now wala pa din ako mahanap na entry level accounting job kasi wala pa ako masyado experience and konti Lang company sa NT. Pwede ba mag interstate para magapply ng job or ask yung nominating state for release letter?

Hello po pede na po bang mag apply ng SS nomination kahit 50points pa lang (turning 55 points by july2017) still trying to achieve the ielts band 7 score to claim points

@jhazz01 most states require na pasado ka sa point requirement ng DIBP para makapagapply ng SS sa kanila.

@jhazz01 have you tried taking PTE? sabi ni hubby mas madali daw PTE kaysa IELTS

Hi po. Naghanap po ako ng thread about this but wala ako mahanap. Baka natanong na to nag madaming beses but I would appreciate it kung may sasagot.

Our EOI has been approved and visa has been lodged..waiting na lang for the approval of the visa.

My question is, is the 2 year commitment under the 190 visa legally binding? Just like any new immigrant (although still waiting for the approval of our visa), we have this fear of not being able to find a job to support my family. I have 2 kids and the state that sponsored me is South Australia.

Meron na po ba dito na hindi nag fulfill but still managed to obtain citizenship without facing any problems due to not fulfilling the 2 year commitment?

@Harddrive yung 2-year commitment ay moral obligation and di legal. but to be on the safe side, try to fulfill this clause sa SS.

Hi! Hope someone can answer my question.

As of this writing, we only have 55 pts and by May 2017, 5 pts will be added so 60 pts na by then. And I believed the system will auto update coz our agent already lodged our EOI. Will there be a chance that we will be invited maybe in May since 60 pts na kami?

i heard na if worse comes to worst, pwede ka rin daw manghingi ng release from the sponsoring state kapag mapapakita mo na nahihirapan ka makahanap ng work sa kanila and meron naman nag-ooffer ng work in another state.

Hello po. Usually po, gaano katagal ang IED pag na grant na ng visa 190 kung ang pag apply ng PCC and medicals ay sinabay sa pag lodge?

may nsw sponsorship k na ba or waitig ba by May? if waiting pa by may, very slim ung chance na maselect sa nsw since 60 points lang.

Tanong ko lang po.

Ano po process for vic SS? summary lang po. like nomination then lodge? or dadaan pa ng EOI?
di kasi ako qualified dun sa skilled na stream kasi need ng 2 years exp. ask ko lang if pwede ako sa graduate stream. i did 1 year bachelor in nursing but western australia. pwede ba kahit ibang state? nasa vic ako at the moment and may work ako as an RN.
