Hi guys.. is anyone here have an idea about sa pag initial entry under visa 190? ilang days kya yung minimum you need to stay? salamat 🙂

@eking walang invitation round pg state sponsorship. dpende sa state kelan k i invite. processing sa vic is 12 weeks approx

hi guys, we filed 60 points for visa 189 and now planning to file visa 190 under victoria state. We are unsure which one should we process first, is it the application to victoria or i should file visa 190 then apply to victoria? thank you in advance s advice.

@cp101030 create EOI first and tick the VIC as nominated state.. kung ICT yung occupation mo no need to apply ng online application sa VIC site,, maghihintay ka muna ng invitation nila like NSW.

good day po! Newbie here sa forum!

I just recently lodged my 190 EOI for NSW under 262113 job code yesterday(nag agent po kami), ask ko lang po if may idea kayo gano katagal ang waiting time for Visa invitation? I have 70pts, kasama ko family ko sa application(wife and 2 kids).

@Badong last na nag invite NSW is Sep 27,28 i think.nag submit ako 02 OCt for 312111 nominated skill. maybe this week mag invite ulit. wait lang tayo and pray.

@kaidenMVH salamat sa pagsagot 🙂 I checked last night and wala na yung 262113(this was still available last July) sa list ng priority jobs(updated last Sept 25 sabi sa site) for NSW, does this usually happen? And ano kaya implication sa EOI ko? Also how often does NSW send out invitation?

My agent lodged an EOI last Oct 9 for 190 visa sa NSW under 262113 ANZSCO Code. I checked last night and wala na yung 262113(this was still available last July) sa list ng priority jobs(updated last Sept 25 sabi sa site) for NSW, does this usually happen? And ano kaya implication sa EOI ko?

And can I have my credentials reassessed by ACS under a different ANZSCO code? tapos gamitin ko yun to lodge a 189 EOI? Dalawang EOI with different ANZSCO code if ever.

@Badong kung hindi ka pa na invite ng NSW tapos nawala na yung occupation mo sa list ng NSW most likely hindi ka na ma iinvite.

regarding sa reassessment, yes pwede ka magpa reassess but be sure na swak pa din yung job description mo sa new occupation na papa assess mo para maging positive yung result at sa ngayon matagal na lumabas yung result ng ACS. at pwede ka din mag submit ng EOI with diff occupation code as long as may positive result ka na ACS.

salamat @Hunter_08 - sabi ng agent ko under daw ng Stream 2 finile EOI ko since 70points naman daw so okay pa din(may chance). May reference ka regarding the submission of 2 EOIs with difference ANZSCO code? para mabanggit ko sa agent ko din. Salamat uli, sir!

Yung ACS result ko lumabas after 43 days, medyo average na ata nila yun ngayon, read somewhere yung iba inaabot 3 months.

@Badong meron isang member dito na software tester ang una nyang pinaassess at nag submit ng EOI kaso hindi sya mainvite kasi VIC lang ang available yung occupation that time kaya ginawa nya nag pa assess sya as software engineer a at nagpasa ulit ng EOI for NSW at yun dun sya na invite..

@Hunter_08 that means 2 190 EOI pero different ANZSCO code pinasa sya kse specific yung location? Sorry kung medyo naguguluhan ako haha.

@Badong yup 2 EOI with diff state and diff occupation.

@Badong you can submit multiple EOIs with different occupation as long as you have a positive skills assessment on both occupations
