@Pandabelle0405 Wala kasing nirerelease ang 190 tungkol sa invites nila kaya mahirap sabihin kung maiinvite or hindi pero meron naman nakakakuha ng invites mejo may tagal lang. Keep the faith regarding sa 189 wag nyo iatras malay natin diba? Pwede naman gumawa ng separate EOI for 190 eh.

Hello po Everyone. Ask ko lang po bka pwde mkahingi sa inyo ng sample Engineering CV for victoria visa 190 requirements xe medyo mahigpit yta cla. Medyo mtagal na dn po xe ung application ko for both 189 and 190 visa in NSW but until now wla pa po invite and lapit n maexpire ung EOI ko for 189 kya gusto ko nlng po mgtry s Victoria for 190 nmn and other state possible. Thanks po s mkakapagshare.

I submitted EOI for 190 NSW.

I would like to know what documents I need to prepare once I get pre-invited to apply for NSW nomination.

Sabi nila eto daw. Pa check if may sobra (di naman kelangan or optional) or kulang:

CV, Diploma, Transcript, COE, Employment contract, Payslip, PTE, Passport then Skill Assessment

Does that mean I need to get yung payslip ng bawat company na pinagtrabaho ko? Yung payslip ba is mandatory?
As well as yung employment contract for each company?
Enough na ba na kahit COE lang?

@NoelRubio you'll need to provide pay evidence for your occupation and payslips would be one of other ways to prove your work experience is indeed a paid experience

@NoelRubio nagsubmit po ako ng lahat ng docs na yan except payslip. I think sa 190 visa sya required. Instead of COE, ang sinubmit ko po is work reference letter from former manager.

I read a post that someone passed an application for state sponsorship and received this reply:

"Unfortunately our Industry Panel will be unable to assess your skills based upon your current CV. Please provide a detailed CV, including further details around the description of responsibilities and daily tasks performed within employment. Ensure that this includes dates of employment specifying month and year, and <b class="Bold">clarifies any gaps in employment</b>.

Out of curiosity, may mga applicants ba dito sa forums na may gaps kayo sa employment niyo, and then hindi niyo nilagay sa CV, and yet nakakuha parin kayo ng nomination ng state whether VIC or NSW? (or any state)

(Same goes rin to anyone na nakakuha ng grant ng visa upon visa application).

you will be required to provide proof of paid employment dun na mismo after ma lodge mo yung 190 visa. the state will not ask for that yet kasi assessment lang yung kanila. once invited, mg lodge kna ng 190, dun mo na i submit lahat ng docs from school, employment etc. if you’re claiming points for employment as per skills assessment, provide as much proof as u can like COE, contracts, payslip, ITR, SSS contribution etc. kasi pag di ma satisfy ang case officer mo, ma CO contact ka and more wait times kasi hihingi at hihingi cla nyan. may mga case officer na chill lang pro may iba strict.

as per my case, sa claimed exp ko i submitted COE, professional reference (for nurses), tax assessment from ATO, ALL payslip in 1 pdf file. sa unclaimed exp, COE and professional reference lang

Alrights. Pero about dun sa sabi mo na <b class="Bold">unclaimed exp</b>, confirmed na ba talaga na kahit COE and prof reference lang ok na kahit wala ng payslip?

@NoelRubio that’s as per my experience. sa unclaimed exp ko, coe and prof ref lang. but still, it would all depend sa case officer na mg handle ng application mo. yun iba, di na hingingan but may mga strict din na CO. na sakto lang ako sa chill lang. direct grant in 35 days

@NoelRubio in my expererience, i did not include gaps in my employment on my CV, although i was only unemployed for 2 months, it was reflected in my Form 80.....but, just as kymme mentioned sometimes it depends on your CO

Question po about 190 visa application. Ano po ibigi sabihin dun sa process step na contact muna yung sponsoring state before applying for 190? Yung ginawa ko kasi derecho ako gumawa ng EOI and then ticked 190 then selected NSW as my target state.

@drape may mga states kasi na kailangan apply ka muna sa kanila bago ang EOI.
