Not quite sir. If I were you, I'll throw in some evidences of employment income even though you did not claim points for it. Why? Because it happened to me. And I've mentioned this before in my previous posts. I ended up being contacted by the officer and asking for evidence. I tried to reason out na I wasn't claiming points for it simply because I can't to provide them any longer. Wala din naman nangyari. Nag statutory declaration nalang ako and sss screenshot. Eto yung CO contact ko, attached. After 1 month of lodgement ng reply ng ganyan, then after 5 months na ulit.lol

Note: Nasa form 80 yung work experience na yun. Pero may tick mark ako sa application form na I did not claim points for it. The experience wasn't even in my skills assessment.

good day to all....I will apply for Visa 190, and under 32212 job code..pwede po ba makahingi ng step-by-step procedures? Gusto ko sana mag-apply sa Queensland, kasi andun ang ate ko..kaso hindi na open sa state na un ang job code ko 🙁

@"King Tim" Iba-iba yung process and list of sponsored occupations per state. Kailangan mong puntahan yung migration website of each of the 8 states and territories to check yung kani-kanilang list of sponsored occupations, application requirements, and process.

Hi good pm po sa lahat. I submitted my EOI last July 28, 2018 and I nominated for the state NSW. But since yesterday nagchange po plans namin and to nominate VIC instead, tanong ko lang po if I could just "UPDATE EOI" or should I withdraw my first EOI then submit a new one? Thank you!

@rjankhristiaan I think you can update your EOI to a different state. But to be frank, you should leave your options open, keep the NSW EOI and just submit another EOI para sa Victoria naman.

@King Tim the immigration website is the best way to go rather than just relying on members from this forum to feed you specific information. Need to work hard on readings and your own research as well (just like most of the people here in the forum)to get to your destination especially if you prefer a DIY application. All the best

Hello po, this might sound stupid but how can I submit multiple EOI's? I already submitted 189 and 190 but specifically to QLD.. May I submit po different EOI for different state? If yes paano po? When I log in to my skillsellect, I only have Withdraw, Suspend and Update EOI options.. Pasi check po screenshot ko.. Thank you ahead!! 🙂

@LovellaEllen Don't update your QLD EOI. Instead submit new/separate EOIs for each state na aapplyan mo. Most states prefer this anyway. So gawa ka lang bagong EOI, you can use the same email.

Hi! yan din ang dilemma ko sa pagllodge ngayon..kasi natatakot ako ilagay yung current employment ko na hindi naman naasess, kahit na tinick ko na “not claiming points”..although meron naman ako mapapakita payslips, baka maghingi ng COE eh bago lang ako sa company for sure iba iisipin nila bakit ako nagrrequest nun hehe yung sayo ba anong naging result?pumayag naman ba ung CO?salamat sa reply 🙂

wala pa yung result, pero nakuha ko na paano mag submit nag multiple EOIs for 190.. Sa akin kasi may assessment yung nilagay ko na experience so I'm not sure.. For me, hindi ko sinali yung experience ko dati 11 years ago kasi hindi naman na assess yun.. baka kasi if sinali ko ang daming tanong ng CO.. So I only indicated po yung experience na may assessment para iwas complications..

@LovellaEllen tama yan po mas mainam na yung experience mo na ilagay pag nag LOG ka ng visa or create ka ng EOI is base sa assesment unless after assestment mo nag change ka ng company then kilangan mo e include yun as a present employer and NO claiming points. meron din kasi bandang huli pag invited ka na sa immiaacount pag nag log ka if this is your current employement.. kaya make sure read it carefuly and understand....ang CO they are very cleaver na mag ask ng question for each detail...cheers
